What do you like about CDs? I understand vinyl. Just the process of popping a CD in and listening to an album through? That's what a lot of modern artists lack. Albums that are meant to be listened from front to back with great songs throughout

I'm trying to decide about TTrbo.
According to Supercoach stats, he only played 7 games in 2020 and 12 games in 2019. I trust the site, but that seems low. Does anyone think it is a mistake? Big worry if it is true

Collecting vinyl, at least for mine, is worth the extra expense just to be able to walk around sniffing my own farts with the rarified air of someone who is just plain better than everyone else.

My vinyl addiction is well and truly in full force too. Finding genres I never previously got into. Didn’t think I ever owned or listened to a full Jazz or Funk album until going back to vinyl.

Mainly the CD thing is so I can play the 2,500 or so I have lying around the house I only buy 2nd hand ones now cause they are cheap as chips.

There is a fart sniffing component to vinyl (thanks Pokus) but it’s also about hunting for something and finding it in good Nick for a good price. Also it’s hard to skip so you tend to listen to the whole album.

I also find with streaming you can listen to anything you want but get so overwhelmed by choice you listen to the same thing over and over again. The recommendation algorithm also shrinks your world by only recommending stuff that sounds like what you just listened to!!!!

Ive been a massive music head since I was about six so I buy stuff because I always have.

That's correct. Last two seasons effected by long term injuries.

I look at CD's like most look at Vinyl, I don't know why. Although I didn't grow up with Vinyl as my parents weren't big music fans. Although we had Harry Secombe's greatest hits and Popcorn I do remember

I did see something by NRL physio during the week saying the first 2 games are the highest risk when returning from hamstring. So if he makes it through this he should be bit safer

Massive blow for Rorters no SST!

Well looks like ah Mau is getting a run this week for me with SST out
Could be worse and probably better missing the game than him playing low minutes managing his injury
Can reassess next week

Wowsers! I'm an amateur, I have only got around 800.
