Just think when both players run hard at each front on, then the arm may never full wap.
The key to the hit was it came outside in which is usually the best way to put a shot on

It's not like he is arm is side on and tucked in like a traditional shoulder charge
If he swings his arm and misses then that puts him in trouble too

Even in that photo he may have started to wrap his arm but the sheer force/whiplash of the run means it didn't completely happen
This all happens in a split second remember and the attacker bounced off and fell backwards off talakai's tackle

If you reverse the scenario and he runs over and knockouts Brailey then we wouldn't even be discussing it

is it supposed to make it ok that the point of contact was the throat and the force from the shoulder coming up under the chin was what knocked him loopy? He performed an illegal tackle that contacted the head and caused a concussion due to his recklessness, bye bye Talakai, end of discussion

Agree, doesn't matter where it started, it finished a nanosecond later with his shoulder in his jaw.
