Chris Garry said we never had a competitive offer for him, would assume there's a plan cooking, Dearden is the type of player i'd have expected us to overpay to keep.

on a seperate note, if any other clubs homegrown talent was getting pillaged like ours, there'd be media outcrys about the NRL not providing enough assistance to clubs to keep players they've spent umpteen years of development funds on, but i get it...

It was looking so good this morning.
I hate it when there is opportunity to make up ground (like Papi, Latrell and Momo being sidelined) and the player who can makes the biggest difference gets a dud score (Teddy)
Such a disappointment
Especially when your team balance is good and you have cover for the injuries.

Dearden lowkey overrated by media. He hasn't set the world on fire from what I've watched. Not gonna lose any sleep knowing he's gone on to the Cowboys. Seems like the Staggs to 6 rumours are falling into place though.

if he wants the kind of money he does, i don't want him playing centre, the tools are there to be a damaging running half, but he'd need a bonafide playmaker to be paired with.

958 for the week and pretty much held the same rank around 1600.

What annoys me the most is looking at the top ranks and seeing teams of 16 still outscore me and hit 1000

Few issues to look at this week. Would be really helpful if the 4 trade round was this week but oh well

- Will Teddy be named or rested? Is he a trade out?
- Do we keep Turpin? Hopefully Levi isn’t named then Turpin can stay
- Need to flick Egan
- Hopefully SOS is back, no news yet why he didn’t play
- Storm presser saying Papi still out for at least 2 weeks. Irritating
- Then who to bring in.. with Teddy’s lackluster scores and money dropping then probably a new WFB. Really looking at R13 scorers at the moment. Probably Edwards or To’o. I think To’o will play Origin personally so may avoid him. Turbo played well last 2 weeks but against two atrocious teams on the day. Still don’t trust him

Pretty sure Pappy is confirmed out unfortunately, so you'll probably have to trade.

I happen to have 378k in the bank from cashing out both Leniu and Riki last week (to HampCoin and Verrills) so I'm going Niu and Uto to Ponga and Burns/Blore/some other cheapie

Papy is def out for next week, and could be out for the week after aswell according to Bellamy's presser

I have had a long shift at work mate. 

My fantasy team is cooked. I only scored 936. Rank continues to drop to around 3000 now.

Turpin 35, Laurie 17, Teddy 6, Jet etc... screwed me.

Alvaro and Uto seem to be close to peaked, Jet is a big issue, Teddy likely out next week, Laurie struggling, Turpin peaked, Leniu losing money,  Simonsson doing bugger all....

Not looking good!
