Has there actually been an update on why Roberts is actually out yet? Or still nothing? Surely it is an injury or something, you wouldn't figure he gets dropped the day before the game after being named and that...

11(C) for 683 still hoping to reach my first 1,000 for the year with McCullogh, Harris, Bird, Laurie, Hampton, & Simpkin to come.

On another note, I won't apologise for this unpopular opinion.

There is some serious unwarranted MattNZ hate about and it speaks volumes about the people dishing it out, rather than the devil's avocado of this forum. I'd rather see a hundred more well-timed, intelligent, contrary posts from the lad, than a single extra bit of drivel from the bigots that abused him.

Yeah I was shocked by it. Wouldn't have got dropped if he was named to play and haven't heard of an injury or anything as of yet. Really weird he was named out the day before the game... maybe it's a personal matter or something along those lines?

So I just watched the eels vs bulldogs and realised Moses has one try assist.. I did not see him get any try assists? Is this an error?

I think they gave both Cartwright and Moses a try assist for Lane's try. Perhaps this is fair enough. It was a pretty nice kick.

yeh, was about to post the same thing, pretty sure it's standard for both the kicker and passer to get them when the ball is immediately shoveled onto the try-scorer after being caught.

Currently 762/12 - Simpkin, Alvaro, Bird, Hampton & Laurie left...could hit 950

Very happy with Tupouniua the last 2 weeks scoring 60 & 66. I brought in round 3 & from rounds 3-6 he averaged 30ppg so he's turned it around since his injury in round 4.

Did cleary get the 40/20 he kicked at the end of first half stat? Doesn’t look like it

Donno man, I dont really know the rules. I just wondered if it was analogous to getting the ball back like when a team does a line drop out and the ball goes into touch? This was from a 7-tackle set 20m restart if I recall correctly. Also, after the ball went out play restarted via a scrum. Dont 40-20s restart via a tap?

I had Cleary with the (c) so would have liked it to be added, just figured there was something sneaky about this particualr play...

it was an optional restart kick for touch, they'd get the ball back wherever it went out, so it doesn't count as a 40/20, that's why they got the ball back off a scrum, instead of a tap restart like usual with 40/20s.

Feel like it's a good sytart, iPap and Swalker really helped.

Regretting going Haas not TPJ this week, I feel he's a huge POD and this week was the chance to grab him.. similar to iPap express a few weeks ago.
