I think it's fair enough and actually quite respectful of the players, especially given it wasn't neck/spine & no chance of aggravating the injury.

I can confirm this. I was listening to the game on the radio and it came across loud and clear. The commentators had to apologise due to the language used. Something like, "Im not going of on no f-n medicab!!"

Carty probably a decent shout. I'd take the 'if it's not borked don't fix it' approach with Papalii. Murdering it on that edge.

Carty's great form the last couple of weeks has been on that edge too though, Ipap spending lots of time in the middle

Yeah probably right too, explains why Papalii's tackle counts are mostly mid 30s to 40s.

Shouldn't have much problem covering the edge/mid between Papa, Carty and Lane.

Good for Booze if he actually did get Carty and maybe Kano has dilemmas about whether to finally cut Lane loose or give him one more chance

Matterson not foreign to time in the middle too. Will be interesting to see what they land on. Im hoping that I-Pap at least starts on the edge.

The Brown injury didn’t really turn out to be too serious (likely 2-4 week hip pointer injury according to nrl physio) so it’s only a short term move

I'm tempted by Carty with NBrown out. I was going Brooks to Koro, but may consider Brooks to Carty.
It will add a bit of cash to the kitty so I will have about 300k itb, enough coin to get Haas into the team in the next round or 2

Tupouniua was charged with a Grade One Shoulder Charge resulting from an incident in the 28th minute of the match.

The charge carries a base of 200 points. Should the Club elect to enter an early plea, Tupouniua will receive 150 points and be unavailable for one match. If found guilty at the panel, Tupouniua will be suspended for two matches.

That was the one on Connor Watson.
It was 100% all shoulder (dropped the arm and was facing the sidelines, so there was not even a possibility of wrapping his arm around Watson).

Can't imagine that they'd contest that one.
