Something I noticed at the game that went under the radar (haven't seen anyone else mention it)

When the Warriors were defending anywhere except their red zone, Pompey was defending inside Walsh. Similar to what Beau Scott used to do with Soward that made him a top tier fantasy centre. With the traffic coming his way, this should mean 20 odd tackles as a base giving him a higher floor than most centres. 500k is a bit much for a gamble, but for anyone needing to trade in a centre this week he is worth a look

Rehab report. Reyno 2-4 weeks. The club is very hopeful it’ll be closer to 2 weeks.

Mansour still a few weeks away!

I could go anyone up to $800k. Matterson interests me but probably asking for trouble and very high BE. Grant and Koro also not looking to be in their prime yet.

Ideally would probably bring in a mid but no one appeals that much. Maybe Barnett..?

If Papy is out I'll be tempted to go Simo to Walsh as well. Roberts can waste away in emg I think

TPJ is looking good... aside from the suspension risk. There's a feel good article on nrl.com about him being in a better place mentally.
But Barnett is probably the safer pick if you're looking for a MID
Moses would be the best value buy

Did Simo get a suspension? If he and Hampton are both out I'll need to get another WFB

Talau missing a week for a shoulder charge. Cini should get another chance to cement a spot.

My predictor has both Cleary and Tedesco with a projected break-even this week of 104.

The interesting thing is their recent 4 game averages:
    Cleary: 91.3 (4GWA = 85)
    Tedesco: 36.5 (4GWA = 28)

I think that highlights the massive divide between the stories of two elite guns this year.

Hoping Madge just puts mbye at centre and not mck. With Roberts out, Cini only top 30 back left.

One of the more underrated players in the comp and definitely one of the most underrated centres.
Was looking at him after his first game this year but already too expensive at $400k for bringing in a cheapie and didn't expect him to start hitting 50s.

with Aitken and Hiku coming back soon, he'll also probably drop out of the side so I'm not even sure if he's useful as a 18th man to cover WFB/CTR.

TLDR: Love him as a player but would not recommend trading him in.

Karl Lawton due back from injury in the next few rounds for all those still holding onto Croker.

If this strategy continues it makes Aitken a very interesting option. Already capable of those higher ceiling centre scores if he can add a 20 tackle base he might just end number 1

But Madge seems to want MBye in the middle. Weird.

Does this open a spot up in their top 30? Possibly for Dearden?

Talk off fantasy discord that someone heard on Triple M that Hampton has done his pec and will be out 3 months!

If so unbelievable injury after injury after injury! I know it’s happening to many others as well!

At this rate will be out of trades by round 19 or 20!

    Edit: apparently it’s inaccurate!

Was quite possibly Brown that developed the Scott/Soward defensive plan back in the day.

I haven't been watching the Roosters the last few weeks - are they offering similar protection to Walker, or is he defending more centrally and a bit more exposed?

Fox early mail saying Aitken could be back as early as this week, or next. Guess we’ll find out at 3pm today

Hopefully drops price by Round 14 and be a good pick up
