Think I’ve backed down to the one trade for this week. So will be something along the lines of Hampton out for ideally a Round 13 WFB. List includes Sivo, Nofo and Sami

I didn’t check the forums last night and Kurt Mann became a thing again.

    Looking forward to today’s adventures.

I don’t mind Klemmer at under 600k FWIW. Am considering.

After this round we have round 10 (2 trades) round 11(2 trades) round 12(2 trades) and round 13(4 trades) so can get out 10 players currently in the team
Keeping Walker Schuster Haas Cleary Teddy through byes
Holding Brailey, Watson, Bird, Roberts*, Laurie, Moses, Leilua, Simpkin, Leniu, Reimis, Niu*
So that means I have to move on Welch, Crichton, Munster, Turbo, CHN, Roberts*, Niu*

    Gives me this currently

    Brailey
    Watson, Leniu, Haas*
    Leilua, Crichton*
    Moses, Munster*
    Bird, Roberts*
    Laurie, Niu*, Reimis*

    Simpkin, CHN*, Welch*, Turbo*
    Teddy*, Schuster*, Walker*, Cleary*

Think I want to hold Roberts and Niu until 13 in case they play so that leaves me with 2 trades to go sideways that week. Crichton is probably the top of the table for edge unless I go to Matterson. Definitely want to hold Turbo until 13 if fit to maximise cash. So Welch first man out Munster second, CHN third

Players I want to bring in Koroisau, Matterson, McCullough, Fog(not sure I actually want him but he is great value) and probably a base price cash out

Welch 623k, Crichton 758k, Munster 721k and Turbo 586k gives me 2.688 mil to spend. Koroisau 727k, Matterson 705k, McCullough 735k, Fogarty 600k leaves me about 80k short so CHN will definitely be a downgrade. Hoping with Koroisau and Matterson losing a bit of cash + my trade outs gaining cash I can bridge the gap a little. Think I can sit on both trades next week before starting to move next week

Yeah after being content with the commute, now after having 15 months of work at home bliss, it feels so deflating to go back.

I make the trip into Wynyard

If you trust Sami will continue to be picked in the CTRs, he is a decent option.

Been kind of stressing about what to do with Hampton/Alvaro. I can do either Cini/IPap or Averillo/Grant. As much as IPap would be great to have, I just don't like the fact that Cini will be my starting centre with no backup. It is a tough one.

How long is Herbert out for?, and I suppose with Marsters coming into the side their is a slight bit of risk

Seems to have a good base of around 35 and then tries will give that a boost

Do you need a WFB to field 17?

I need a WFB to field 16. I’m also a CTR down but I refuse to plug it

Feel like this weeks cow options of Cini/Feagai/Walsh have potential to stop being fantasy relevant very quickly. I'm gonna let them all go through to the keeper

Understandable with first 2. Walsh I was going to let go too, as last thing I wanted was another Warrior after finally cashing out SOS and Egan.

Can’t get out of my head though they bloody moved RTS himself to the wing to make room for this boy, then give him nearly 500m worth of kicks once moved to half.

They clearly love him and going to make a role for him one way or another

Sami at 400k playing CTR is the only option I can see any upside in when you take into account potential and price it and the first bye

Yeah Sivo has already jumped 120k in the past 2 weeks, and with a negative BE could be a ride to another gun down the line.

Currently have Tups, Munster, Hampton, Tino that will probably be used for first bye round fodder. Just not sure if Tups is in fact a year long keeper at EDG. Could probably do better?

Yeah Super Rugby came to mind too. I used to watch it pretty often until the conferences thing made it boring.

I dont think it was conferences that was the reason super rugby has become a bit crappy. I'd argue that way too much rugby, and constantly having the best players not actually playing Super Rugby were two of the more major drivers. NFL has run conference systems for as long as I remember and it is awesome. There is also a financial benefit to having more derby games too, which is why they do it. Matt says the NBA do it, and implies its to its detriment, but actually the NBA is a wonderful competition too.

Not advocating for it for the NRL, but Im not sure the examples are particularly supportive of arguments to not do it!

Walsh definitely passes the eye and if he played 13 I'd grab him for sure. Not sure I can afford to carry another non bye option
