He racks up huge kick metres, tackles, goals, on top of the attacking stats. And he rarely misses a tackle or makes an error.
Any rule change that would limit Cleary would limit anyone else who picks up those stats as well. If you did something like changed the kick metres to points ratio, you'd just gimp out the rest of the halves in the process.
Cleary was, what, 50k more expensive than a couple of other options at the start of the season? Within 100k of half a dozen.
If he starts next season 300k more expensive than anyone else, limiting the rest of your team by comparison, I could see it being a genuine decision decision whether to start with him or not. (Probably still would though)

I'll still start him.

Managed to get so close to 1000 with a 981.
Peachey's 25, Pappy's 7, and Fui's -1 sure didn't help. (C)leary is the great equaliser of my team.

Nah - it's the gun fullbacks that are generally overpowered in supercoach.

Walsh owners with the double win this week, great score and that was the last straw he won't be on the bench again. he has demanded a start and after that game there arm is completely twisted

I reckon Peachey and Fog both had a bunch of stats missed in the last 20.

He'll be alright. Ball just didn't come his way, don't think the Panthers will stress over the choice of keeping him there one bit.GreenMachine wrote:Wonder if we see Momo come back in. Grim looking stats sheet for Burton

994 and dropped 200 ranks to 1609. To'o was a disappointment. Missed the second half but not sure why he did sweet FA and they just seem to be right a lot more the last couple of weeks.

Gun fullbacks usually the overpowered ones in SC

1091 for me up 5k ranks on the edge of the 10k. MS has always been a round 10-20 player

don't see it, if there's one guy that puts up 150% more points than the next best, in a game where you can choose to double one players points, no matter what the price, leaving him in the pool is the same as saying you don't want to win.

Somehow happier with Peachey going up to an almost-respectable centre score of 28.
