Sounds like they made the approach, given they were already in Brisbane but forgot to let the Broncs know   (could be wrong)

The Tigers are adamant, they were discussing Kiwi Test duties with Isaako and 2023 contract with Tevita.

Question for Brisbane is - do they accept and believe it. NRL are looking into the matter.

although isn't discussing contracts with a player that isn't in their contract year still a no-no?

Moses couldn't lie straight in a wheelie bin.
I know the NRL has deregistered him as a player manager, but there needs to be stronger punishment for his BS.
Deregister his company, make sure every player knows that if you've signed with him, you won't be registered to play NRL.
Force their hands and make them sign up with other reputable managers (if there are any).
This is the real cancer in the game.

The NRL admin and clubs should get together and stamp this sort of garbage out.

I think the technicality is 'who made the approach'. It's still banned until the May of the final year of their contracts (I think).

Suggestions Brisbane made a complaint but NRL CEO Andrew Abdo will not launch an investigation. More to come @cmail_sport
