I held onto Paps this week to loop in Laurie's 48 and save a trade just in case but next week I think he's one to trade out.

Annoying to trade out Paps after holding him this long but it might be the way to go. I wonder if I should go Latrell or go another position. Latrell is probably the smarter play since my other WFBs that aren’t Teddy and Turbo are Walsh and Laurie.

Off to work soon will watch the Rabbitohs game back tonight at around 11.30pm win or lose. Will be bloody hard to beat them I am not expecting to win today. Please boys no head high lazy swinging arms as we will pay for it.
Apologies that I went overboard in last nights game I couldn’t help it once I got right into it, I’ll try reign it in a little bit next time.

Mate like TPJ who knows how long Trell will last before he misses a couple of weeks again.Weiland wrote:Annoying to trade out Paps after holding him this long but it might be the way to go. I do not think I’d bring Trell in especially with the way these new rules are. His instinct is to play aggressive and that can sometimes cross the line it’s an aggressive play.
I have 17 trades left and did not wanna use any next week. I know @chewie says don’t trade S. Walker out well I’ll have to trade one of him or Schuster out and I think Schuster scores will be good again when he’s back in second row when Foran is back.
I haven’t built quite as much cash generation as others so I think I need to burn another trade on getting Hynes. The 200k he’s gonna make I think is too hard to pass up. Plus he’s probs gonna score a 75-80 again next week.

It’s a rort! Wish I’d known Momo was in at the start of the week. Would have happily played with 16 and just grabbed Hynes.multiple.scoregasms wrote:

Well yeah and that’s what I bought him for. As long as he goes nuts in 13 I’ll be happyMoanaman wrote:
Because 60 of his points in the last 5 games have been try assists to JAC, along with attacking stats in a team going forward. Last night none of those things happened

Call me crazy, but I’d be keen to see Sam Williams get another crack with wighton moving to fullback and aitken to a wing. His kicking game was solid, if the forwards muscled up, and limited offloads. His kicks to corners would have heaped pressure on storm.
Don’t see it happening with hodgo coming back though. Too many cooks
Not crazy at all mate, at least you know Sammy will try his heart out each and every week.

Reversed my Ramien to Olam trade and opted for Ramien to Walsh on Saturday afternoon. Left Momo in the centres, and chose to play with 16, something finally falling my way.
Hopefully Best's hamstring isn't an issue all season.
Pappy gone for me this round, not holding now.

14/693 with (C)leary, Turbo and Schuster to play thanks to Nicho Hynes, quite happy with that considering I held both Fifita and Papy

btw who had JWH in the sinbin sweepstakes?
He has survived two games without even going close to being put on report? How is that even possible.

He had a comment last week before the Roosters game about players having to learn to control aggression and he seems to be doing that well. Had a bit of the red mist last night but quickly reigned it in once Radley went to the bin

Yeah I think he's reigned it in a lot this year. I think he's realised he's the pack leader and while aggression is important he needs to lead by example, and that example is hit em hard, but legally.multiple.scoregasms wrote:

Plenty of aggression with Radley, Tupouniua, and Crichton anyway so he doesn't have to do it all.
JWH will always be my favourite grub.

Honestly think Walker needs a round or two off. Wouldn't be surprised to see Keighran and Lam start next week and bring Walker back in fresh for round 14. It's been an intense run of game for such a young body and mind and it showed last night.

I don't even remember Angus getting put on report. What was it for?
