Not sure really. He's a premium, but expensive and likely to become more expensive. Misses round 17, potentially rd18. Rd 18 could be the key. I gained ranks in rd14 partly because I could field 17. Rd 18 could be the same. And my strategy has been to have a solid 21 rather than a solid 17. DCE makes it more top heavy.

I've spent a lot of time making Averillo work. Need to spend some time on DCE. Obviously without origin, byes, and prices you pick DCE.

TPJ must really be a shit bloke off the field because we already look pretty abysmal in attack and quite frankly he is probably our most dangerous player at the moment.

I love the Lodge signing for the Warriors. For years we've had a weak front row that was easily dominated mostly because they had 2fr's playing prop e.g. Afoa. Now we have 2 mongrel mofo's who will lay a great platform.

Yeah the argument for trading Matterson instead of Watson just became more compelling... Essentially relying on AFB or Lolo being right to pick up next round if I trade Watson.

I don't see the appeal personally. He's never really been keeper material. Minutes and scores vary too much.

Missed the whole schmoooozzzzill as I was out seeing the excellent Ed Kuepper and Jim White (saints and dirty three respectively) together at last.

As a holder of both Haas and TPJ and a casual Broncs follower I would like to acknowledge that Kevvie is far less of a first grade coach than I thought he was. Surely they have got to get him some help...he’s a vibes man ffs

Our most important player though is Cam Murray he just does not stop. He does all the clean up work and little things as well that coaches love but some fans don’t notice. He was easily best player on ground tonight. He was insanely good. He’s pretty much our best every week.

I don’t know what the answer is for Brisbane but I’m not sure getting rid of these guys will help unless you have better replacements lined up to come in for them.

I do feel a bit sorry for Walters though, to me he clearly looks out of his depth. Poor bloke looks like he’s ageing as the season goes on.

Not so good news re Junior.

Tevita Tatola finished game on sidelines in a knee brace; suffered injury in 3rd min but played on strapped til 20th min. Video/on field testing brings concern for MCL sprain, fact he played on is positive but presence of brace usually means suspected Gr2+ sprain. 3-6 weeks if so

Good thing I didnt trade Cook in this week. Had no players in that one. Didnt drop as far as expected
