f Lodge, TPJ, Glenn all go. What is your Broncos forward pack for 2022. Looks light on.

Carrigan, Capewell, Haas is all I have that look like genuine starters. Maybe Flegler.

Anyone on the market. Finucaine would be a solid pick up.

Was selling Flegler but with the Broncos lineup he looks like a 50+ min player. Might outscore Matto?

NRL Physio reporting Schuster won't be back til Round 18. Well that's just perfect.

Lodge two year deal at the Warriors but Broncos contract is three, so they're technically responsible for his $850k in 2024? Plus they're paying $350k in 22/23. Horrible business.

It would seem the negotiations have removed the 2024 option to take up the warriors deal

NFI who I'm bringing in for Cleary at this stage. All of DCE, Ponga, Fifita, Turbo options and I've just been putting it off all week. The gut said DCE initially should probably just stick with that

Still need some strike at FB or HOK first. Biggest mistake of the year in lowballing Nicho Hynes, that should have been a done deal.

Josh Schuster is aiming to return in Round 18 as he continues rehab from a calf strain suffered 4 weeks ago. Initially hoped to be back earlier but another example of how calf strain symptoms can linger. Thankfully with thorough rehab a relatively low recurrence rate on return

That sounds marginally better. Still trying to work out how you signed a decent but not amazing prop (who should be in jail) long-term for $850k in the first place.

@Weiland i am still on the fence about keeping Cleary - at least for the next two weeks.

Am just struggling to work out a trade scenario with him in it in the short term. I want SJ and Verrills this week and can get them by selling Laurie and Brailey Schuster instead. Next week none of the guys I want will be playing (if i didn’t have Tohu already, that would be a different story) and i still have enough cash to pick up Lolo or AFB. So i could wait until round 18 and see if Fifita, Ponga or DCE back up before trading Cleary out.

Well you were a waste of a hold Schuster. Brailey lives, Schuster gone - only kept for his R17 value.
