Ponga looks busted, I'd avoid personally. Sternum I think. I remember when Jake Friend carried that injury he played every week, but sucked.
Lolo played similar minutes but didn't score a try this week. And was really well contained by the Storm, three in the tackle every time.
This will make for some interesting trade choices next week then.
Hynes will start to lost cash with Pappy taking his minutes/role.
Waiting for Pappy to bottom out may mean using Hynes for a different play - but with Ponga busted (and the Knights doing their annual slow death fade out at the end of the season) looking for another POD gun??

With Verrills getting looped in, who goes out?
Burton or Peachey (or maybe SJ)
Currently planning Burton, unless he gets a late call up to the halves

Tight h2h matchup this week in finals...
Would you take a 43 or play Averillo? Kinda leaning towards taking the 43 cause Avo been out of fantasy form without his KM's

2023? Optimistic choice. We keep going the way we're going it'll be closer to 2026.

Interesting. Do you particularly need a fullback, or did you see something in Ponga tonight? Or you just like his pricetag?

I'd completely agree on Ponga. Very confused new owner as to what to do with him. I have trades to burn and thinking of moving him on already. I didn't see anything tonight that'd make me think about bringing him in. To be clear, no offence to the fella... just, like you say, looks like he's severely hindered by something which is holding back his ability to play.

Probably Peachey I reckon.

I'd have to take the 43 based on all data we have on Averillo playing with Lewis. Looks set for 30's until Lewis disappears.

I guess an alternative to bringing in Ponga could be To’o?

She may talk like a slapped horse, but my goodness this Lucinda lass on the current season of Love Island UK is attractive. Just saying what we're all thinking.

I was considering bringing in Ponga for the run home. If he is carrying an injury that does change things.

Brailey 100% broke a tackle. Poor bloke doesn’t do it very often and now when he does they don’t record it.

lol, what do you mean, you bell-end? Who's got better chat and literally better looking than her?
I wonder if we'll get anything official on the Ponga thing. Mulvy mentioned sternum which seemed to be what the commentators were indicating too.
Found a random article on the net about Jake Friend playing for 4 weeks in 2018 with a cracked sternum and fans were calling for him to be axed (not knowing about his injury) in that time for playing "soft." Needed injections before each match (which I believe Ponga needed tonight).
It's a tough call. I'd prefer he was sidelined if it's a proper injury, rather than have him out there at half mast. Like I said above, if I didn't already own him (which I do) I don't think I'd be looking to bring him in, personally. Seems fraught with danger.
