I just read an article from Dad that said he probably won't be back next week and they will be careful with him. I can't source it sorry. If he comes back round 21 I'd be wanting to have a look at him first which means round 22 minimum so I've decided I can live with it.

I could see Ivan naming Nathan in the 21 next week to keep the Storm guessing anyway.

What a pig Koro is. So annoyed as he would have gone large the next 2 rounds.

Thinking of holding off on the Hynes trade until I see Bellyache's plans (TL) as well.
If it's clear Pappy is back to starting FB, and Hynes is not named in the halves, then I'll need to find another WFB. Doueihi could be interesting if he can hold the no.6 jumper.

    Decisions. Decisions.

Hynes should be well back on peoples plans, it all has to unfold first. Even then, are u going to make decisions based on one week ?

Just had a look at Hughes' scores. Over the past 12 matches he's played (since Rd.5), he's averaged 72.75. Bloody hell that's impressive for a guy not known for monster kms.
If Cleary isn't back by the time my H2H finals are on, easy trade in.

The thing that always gets me about situations like Koroisau is ‘if you love playing the field so much, wtf are you married with x number of kids well before you are 30?’ It’s not like it’s the 1970s yet it seems perfectly normal in the NRL to be hitched and have 2 or 3 kids before you are 24.

As someone of advanced age I can safely say that 95% people I know who got married in their 20s are no longer in that marriage when they turn 40.

Well, perhaps, yes. The number of rounds left is getting skinny.
If Bellyache bumps Hynes to the bench, to come on and cover Cheese for some dummy half minutes, he'll bleed cash quickly.
It's the uncertainty surrounding Pappy's health that makes this a tough call to make.

    That's true Aardvark.
Not sure why young footballers in their early-mid twenties, who clearly want to get as much 'action' as they can, would tie the knot.

Having just hit the Big 5-0, and being married to the same (absolutely amazing) woman for 24 years, I just don't understand what these plonkers are thinking. Surely they can't assume the girls they're having fun on the side with won't talk??
If you get married, make it work is what I always say. Don't be a dick. Show your wife the respect she deserves.
    It's a win-win in the long run.

    With age comes wisdom etc

Most young people are still just doing what is expected of them, or what they think they should be doing. You love a chick at age 22 you think thats forever, fkn lol, very occasionally.

Edit- i thought i "found the one" when i was 22 ish. She dumped me after a couple of years. She was also the only girl ive ever cheated on, because i was young and stupid.

I'll have 4. I'd probably keep one though incase of long-term injury. But, follow the gut I say.

It really sucks how often you need to be embarrassed as an NRL fan with all the shit these blokes do.

Not to condone what Api did, but I'm sure athletes all over the world are doing it. At least be fucking smart about it.

Normally I'd run SJ any day of the week, especially against the dogs, but damn he was god awful last week. Burton against the Broncos, even at centre could go massive....

Decision made.....Burton out, taking the 49 from Drinky. Watch Burton score 5 tries against Brisbane now. You're welcome.

With ponga and pappy both iffy, I might go Hynes to Manu. He can be in my ctrs, unless needed to cover Teddy, Trbo or Walsh.
