Nah just a selfish point of view. Last few times we made the finals we were cooked anyway. Walked into floggings in week 1 of finals.

I'd rather make the finals and get flogged than not make them and come bottom 4. At least it means we've had some success at some point during the year.

This run is so completely out of his career scoring expectations that he was never on my radar. I'm not sure what I would need to change to consider him because I wouldn't ever pay that price for that kind of player

Agreed, I don’t really ever consider pure wingers. Despite his scores I still believe that he’s a very average player and doesn’t pass the eye test. I’ve seen some better stuff from him this season, but my impression has still been that he coasts off Turbo completely, in terms of being a huge beneficiary of his attacking stats from getting fed easy tries and heaps of shots at goal. Would be interesting to see his average scores in games with Turbo vs without.
