I started drinking these shit beers at 2. Had been a good arvo.

Just to really depress myself, I did a bit of quick maths.

If I'd traded Turpin to Turbo in R9 instead of Lucy, I'd be 757 points better off (assuming I captained him in the rounds Cleary missed.)

That would put me on 23833 overall, which is tied for 235th. Instead my live rank is 3586.

There are probably a few other permutations in terms of the cover for Turbo vs Lucy and which future trades that necessitates, but still. Encouraging in a way to know that I've done most things right but for one trade.

2. Mighty SeaEagles +Curran, Fogarty -6

3. Carson Capone + Blore, Fogarty - 33


Looks like Sea Eagles is favourite if his PODs don't get injured. Captaining Turbo over Cleary vital for him.

*edit* both Sea Eagles and Carson gain an extra player on Raptors if Averillo suits up

Looks like Sea Eagles to lose.

Captain Turbo was super interesting.

It might have been him second guessing the chasers and trying to block differential captains, or might have been him thinking he need the differential because he’s 13 v 16, or might have just been him honestly thinking Turbo scores the most points, or even more simply (and stupider) he’s superstitious as a Sea Eagles fan.

Either way critical move that paid off

This was only tip I was tempted to change if more Souths were rested.. would've been tough to change still. The absence of Hunt to provide any sort of direction had me tipping against last week and this.
