Last year the job of each league leader was to create the NRL Fantasy league then send out the entry code to each entrant. Also ensuring the league is set up properly etc

If you are interested then either send myself or SI a PM. We do however only need 1 league leader per league.

Solid, nothing spectacular. He got a good run, and I'd say he's in line for 80 minutes or close to. Whether or not its enough of an improvement on last year to warrant picking him up, I'm not so sure.

Granville off around 28 minutes in, still on bench at 56 minutes mark. Edit back in at 60 minute mark

I think it's quite incredible that they don't play him 80mins

Morgan looks really lively. Be happy enough to have him as second half

From a fantasy perspective, Granville had 30 minutes off but has been the Cowboys' best player when he's been on. Thurston/Morgan have been decent and Tamou the most impressive forward.

Tamou slapped his teammate in the face, the big tart. What does he expect?

Yeah Tamou lucky not to go himself for provoking. Not saying that. Galloway big enough to fight his own battle

It looks as though Granville will spend 30-35 min on the bench each game, so I can rule him out as fantasy option

Talk here of Ashyford being ahead of Hurrell. Ha, they are both lazy defenders but Ashyford offers nothing in attach. Maybe Hurrell might be a candidate for a wing spot?

Cowboys just won the comp using a utility on the bench so don't know why people thought that would be changing. Granville's play style isn't sustainable for 80 minutes so the rest is beneficial for him and the team. By the end of the year he might have worked up to 80 minutes but he certainly isn't going to start round 1 playing 80

I like Aubbs this year but saying that is rubbish. PGC had to trade him out after 2 weeks so he won in spite of having him not because he was amazing.

I would have preferred if it was Galloway who knocked him out but how good was it seeing someone get belted after slapping someone. Tamou must have forgotten he wasn't in the NRL where you can get away with that crap.

    Not sure if it has been mentioned before but this is on the nrl.com website;

Merrin said he wasn't sure yet what Griffin's plan was for him in terms of minutes and workload.

"I think it's just about building the team first. He knows what I'm capable of doing. The minutes will come. I think it's just building the team first and then just playing, putting my individual twist in it somewhere along the way," Merrin said.

Could be a slow start to the season for Merrin.

annoying, but doesn't really say he will get less minutes either.

though griffin appears to be doing the same thing with merrin as he did with parker..

i'd love to get some idea of how fensom will be used this year.

pretty much re-thinking everything atm. haha
