Isn't it still cut 24hrs out, and then 1hr out. Maybe a player or two left in at those deadlines, but not really a nightmare IMO.

Some teams had 24-25 squads during Origin.

What it might prevent is the late exemptions to bring people in from outside your squad.

Most of the surprises were known beforehand

Biggest surprise to me was Koula getting a spot on the bench for Manly. I assume mattnz will jump on, but anyone else? Where is Dylan Walker, will he be back next week?

Man, I am so unprepared for this season, I put in a placeholder team 2 weeks ago and haven't looked at it until now!

    He is Brett Mullin's nephew.

Signed this year from the dragons. Looked okay in the trial.

But we do have Seb Kris as another Centre option, so i'm unsure on job security.

I thought the Arthur plan was TO MOVE DYLAN BROWN TO CENTRE DURING THE GAME TO GET ARTHUR IN THE HALVES

I just discounted it as a move so stupid only the Tigers or Dragons would pursue it. But maybe the Eels don't want to win the premiership after all.

I would laugh so hard if they did that, though only Madge in his infinite wisdom could do such a thing.

In all seriousness I suspect that one of those two would make way when Nathan Brown's back, but I still may swap Mahoney to Haas (and move Cheese up to hooker)

Been sick and the entire last thread passed me by, would anyone mind summarising the big news?

Just caught the Cleary news & obviously the team lists now, anything else?

Walker would be the worst option of those 3 to GK

Tempted by Billy Smith over the Penis, Billy Smith is massively underpriced due to injury

Has had a few injuries but probably unlucky more than anything and that 50k is quite handy

Smith needed a try every game to average 36. He is Sloan in the CTRs.

Not sure what to think of it. Confirms my thinking that he is next in line for any back 5 position available, but was planning to loop him, not get 10 points off the bench Razz

    A. Fifita names as last bench player is a bit concerning to me.

There you go, Schiller is most likely a trap. I'm just relieved they didn't name Valemei in Centre, which was the rumour going around.

When they are 30-0 ahead this might happen late in the game Question Question Question
