Mahoney will play 80. Stone is there purely as back up and will play MID/EDG. Probably will drop out of the team when BROWN and NUIKORE are back

    - No R Jennings - guess that was just speculation

    - You'd have think that's a decent bench for Leniu, assuming Kenny spells Koro and Sorensen does the edge rotation thing.

    - Who is James Schiller for the Raiders?

    - 4 forward bench doesn't look ideal for FiFi, probably still worth the risk

    - Where are Reynolds and K Hetherington? Is Palasia an option? Paix injured or was that just speculation too?

    - Where's Verrills?

    - Guess I was wrong about Vailea

    - Tuilagi and King, traps, or good options?

    - Is Nathan Brown dropped or injured? Any value in Matterson at 13?

Matterson is favoured as LOCK now, with Nathan BROWN destined to play an impact role off the bench this year. Matterson will spend all his time at MID

Doesn't matter...he will score 50 points per week*. Sometimes he will score 49, sometimes he will score 51 but guaranteed he will bore the arse off you because he won't ever become a big enough problem to move on so he will be in your team for eons. Occasionally he gets injured to inject some excitement but that's about as good as it gets.

*he had that brief loan spell at the Knights where he scored much better, only to do his ACL three rounds into it...thats what everyone remembers but it's an outlier

If your Russell musings are correct regarding the Brown spine shift, WFB cover is fucking horrendous

Difficult spot. Obvs everyone will grab Randall but I don't want to run no cover on a cheapie hooker (ie two trades to fix and has to be done immediately)

Won't be one of the top hookers and won't score much more than his average if at all so not much value in selecting him.
May as well get Cheese or Koro... or Robson who could at least improve on his average.

I know absolutely nothing about the warriors. Is the bench conducive to Katoa's minutes?

Also, are we banking on Proctor playing in the middle for the titans? Fermor's my fave behind Katoa.

I think I'm sticking with Clark for hooker cover. Not an exciting pick by any means but feels relatively safe

Yeah hooker is hard. Putting in a Mil for say B. Smith and Randall is hard to swallow. Randall and Clark probably equals a B.Brailey score.

I'm thinking maybe Walters nags 14 moving forward meaning he'll be hooker cover... eventually. But not great either.

Makes sense, a ball playing lock suits the faster game. Matterson used to play in the halves, he'll be good value.
Nathan Brown is the perfect impact player too
