Davvy Moale currently at 28% owned - obviously no serious teams have him and it's not worth reading into at all but I find it interesting. Fantasy has him as a green dot despite him being 18th man so I'm guessing lots have been trapped by that?

I think that order is about right. I've got Tuilagi out of the 17 as well.

I'd be interested in who you're starting CTRs and WFBs are though, as I'd probably start Paulo over some other popular cheap options e.g. Crichton, Tago, Coates, maybe the Penis.
Yeah Tuilagi is my 19th man. I like having the halves in the 14-17 as they should have a decent base of about 30. Bit of attacking upside will see them jump to the 40s.

Tuilagi could do well, but he could also easily just drop a 35 with a try.

I have one decision to make and it is re: CTR/WFB cover

    TU: Russell and J.Paulo
    TD: B.Smith and Ramsey

Thoughts on Lisone for jersey 21? Probably has a much chance as Thompson and Fifita of getting some price rises as a bench ppm beast. Sure, he has Wallace and Herman breathing down his neck, but Thompson has Saifit and Sue, and Fifita has a four forward bench and McInnes and Graham.

Who would be first interchange? Lisone or Joliffe. Utility on bench, could he eke out 30 minutes for say 28 points?

I’m taking a punt on Starling I think. Hopefully he comes on and stays on similar to last year.

Randall, Clark and Starling will do 😂

    Sounds like Leniu 2.0

I don't have Leniu anymore because lets face it, bench forwards are mud unless they get a good gig

I’ve seen a surprising lack of JTB. Starting prop and was touted by I think the assistant coach to be capable of big minutes and likely to play two stints. Shaky job security? Not sure I’ll be able to fit him anyway

I am thinking of leaving Tuilagi out altogether. I get that he's cheap but I can see him getting a couple of 32's in 60 mins and Garner back into the starting spot by round 3.

I don't know a whole lot about him though, so probably wrong.

Lot of options at edge and all have their pro's and con's.

TU by a mile, but I would go a cheap centre (Penisini/Billy Smith/Critta) instead of Aitken, and use the money to upgrade another mid tier player to a genuine gun.

Thanks Beth - there's some wisdom there. I tend to make teams that are too midrange, and may be leaning that way again.

    Mahoney. 76k
    Uto Bulle Haas
    Amone SWalker
    Burton Bird
    Hynes Pap Chrich

    Randall Aitken Katoa JKing
    Illias Walters Ramsey Schneider

Could easily go Ramsey into someone with DPP wfb/ctr, then Aitken could become another base price cow and Katoa becomes IPap.
Or go Aitken -> Ponga, Ramsey -> MKing...

    Screw it, blank slate time

He's not as good as Leniu, but doesn't have to be for fantasy. Lisone is base price, Leniu is not. I need a 240k guy that is not named Scheider, King or Vailea. I'm leaning towards taking a punt on Walters anyway, but thought it strange Lisone hasn't been mentioned once while Thompson has.

I would expect every starting prop in the NRL to play 2 stints. Being told JTB will get 2 stints does literally nothing to make him sound like a better fantasy buy.

I guess his desirability as a fantasy buy depends on what the coach's definition of "big minutes" are

I like it. The 46k over Bullemore makes it hard to pick him though.

Lisone was 240k to start 2021, has the exact same role again, and is 240k to start 2022. That should tell you all you need to know.

I have just been looking at this now. Lisone was playing 30 minutes or so for about 18 points the last 5 or 6 games last season. It is a pass.

Yep, Schneider probably more of a chance to actually get some attacking stats.

I don't know why anyone is keen on Kobe anyway. What do expect from him other than a 20-30min bench player and priced accordingly.

You have the future captain of the Broncos (and better player) playing lock. He ain't knocking him off his perch.
