what do you think of saving 60k and get walters who might score around the same or even more with a point to prove of tryna stay in the 6?

Then what do you do if he’s gone next week? Kelly could partner ARey next week or Gamble could come back in

Does Billy end up on bench to spell the hooker if he plays well? Low price point plus the nepotism factor makes me think he is worth a gamble

Do it. Uto and Sexton are both fairly highly priced young players who could go anywhere. Guns and cows beats risky midrangers.

Tempting for sure. Something like Angus + Clune vs Uto + Sexton. I'll chuck it in a spreadsheet 😄

@Liverpool_Bulldog I mean his Father is the coach, worst case I reckon he might snag a bench spot

With the price of a gamble being 614k, 240k seems a bargain

I'm actually considering downgrading D. Fifita to either Matterson or TPJ (both dpp) for the bank to convert Vailea to Tago next week. I have until Sunday to decide so no panic yet. Which do you like:
    (a) D. Fifita to Matterson or
    (b) D. Fifita to TPJ or
    (c) keep D. Fifita & find another way to raise cash for Tago.

    Cheers.

Do any other coaches have their sons who play in the halves?

My problem with getting Walters is fear of Kelly replacing him next week or soon after

Walters has poor job security at best he will be bench utility when A. Reynolds, Gamble return hell even when Paix is back he could take the bench utility spot & Walters would be out of the 17.

Just be careful. You never know. Could be a Katoa, Nanai, King, Fermor type that turns out to be a complete dud, or get injured or get replaced that you may need to downgrade and Tago will be the perfect replacement to inject some quick cash, and maybe some good scores.

Think I'm just locking in 1-18 lest I drive myself crazy today.

    Still tinkering with 19-21 though.

Currently have Vailea, M King, and Fifita.

What do people think? Pick 3: Walters, Vailea, M King, Russell, Fifita.

    Burton - arrow

    Is surely better than

    Bird - tapine

    Right?

I’m concerned Burton pulls a cotric, goes to a shit team and plays shit.

Not getting excellent vibes from arrow.

Good start last night. Happy that Turbo was kept quiet.

Tonight I've got: Hynes, Schneider, Walters, Ilias, and JPaulo (EMG) lining up.
Hopefully Haas has a quiet one, seeing he's a popular captaincy option. Curious to see how many minutes Andrew Fifita is getting tonight.

And has good job security. Alot of the 240k, 220k options might be gone in a few weeks

This is a super sensible comment. Invariably you will have one of your cheapies/midrangers who absolutely stinks it up (or gets injured) and Tago, particularly with his DPP, will be a perfect replacement
