I would suggest his efforts in game will increase quite a bit this year.
They didnt buy him to replace the Fox for nothing, so I will be shocked if he doesnt go on a try scoring run at some point, possibly even starting this week

I thought the Storm was accommodating to make room for Brandon as he is one of their top players. They didn't want to drop Finucane or Grant so they spread the mins. Now Finucane is gone they can go back to the traditional line-up. Brandon at 13, Grant at 9, King at MID forward bench role.
But who knows? Bellamy only thinks about the next game.

My only players under 10% ownership are Sexton and Clark. Both starters for the Titans.

Well managed to have a proper sit down and tweak my placeholder team before last nights game
Seeing the footy back perhaps got me back in the mood for fantasy after falling out of love of the game a bit after magic round last year

Anyways landed on this team taking which I hope takes advantage of the offload rules, along with bye friendly players.

Also its a fun team to watch with plenty of explosive small guys (Watson/Mann) or Big guys that can bend the line (AFB/Uto/Taumalolo/TPJ)

Happy to run light at WFB for this week, Papy can become Coates last minute if needed.
The leftfield Berry is purely for DPP and I feel the Warriors can start on a run so hopefully gets off to a start. At worst bench cover or an easy downgrade

JKing is points for this week, worry about it next. Easily covered in the 18-21 if needed and his price is an easy pivot too
Watched a couple interviews and he is very Storm like pick, not going to over think it and see what happens

    53k ITB

    Mahoney (C)
    AFB Taumalolo Uto
    Bullemor (vc) Wilton
    Mann Schneider
    Penisini Tago
    Papenhuyzen SCrichton Berry

    TPJ
    Watson
    Randall
    JKing

    Ilias
    Nanai
    Tuilagi
    MKing

Personally I think Souths are going to stink this year, but that's just my opinion.

I dropped Tuilagi a few days ago. Looking at his stats from last year just didn't fill me with a whole lot of confidence, plus with Garner, Peachey, Tuki Simpkin hanging around it may only take 2-3 weeks before he is benched.

Stats were great for limited minutes, decent trial form, and probably under minimal threat from any of those bar Garner if not none at all

I'm swapping Young to Mitchell I think. Not sold on Grant but Mitchell can pile on the points and surely will have lots more involvement with Reynolds gone. Could be suspended at a drop ofa hat but plenty of upside.

Means I keep Nofo and Hynes will go in the 14-17 for extra flexibility. Think I've sold myself.

The way things are looking so far, the cheaper CTRs will be just fine, without necessarily needing more expensive options.

With a heavy heart, I am planning to downgrade Timoko to Penisini, which gives me the cash to upgrade any $220-240k player to Tago next week.

The 2 big arguments which are missing for Mitchell are:
    1. 8 points per week in goal kicking that he didn't get last season
    2. Clean slate with no carry over points is huge, and lesser penalties if found guilty for offences as well. Was his biggest risk.

    Currently only have 7k ITB.
Am I mad for downgrading Tuilagi from my EMG down to Mking or Vailea to free up some cash for next week to upgrade a dud cow to golden cow I no doubt miss?

Maybe I should run him over Amone............

I didn't even think of the goal kicking mate. That kind of seals it. You've been on fire Matt. You're content this year has been outstanding, hope you crush it this year.

1 of Tago, Crichton, Penisini are likely to be able to easily fill the CTR2 spot, with strong scoring for the season next to Burton. I'll take a CTR that scored 60 next week that could potentially be the CTR2 and at the very least is going to have a very low BE.

The chances that none of these guys is up to the standard I need for a CTR2 and that Timoko is going to massively outscore all of them is low. I had him as a downgradeable option if things went the way that they have so far.
