I have picked him (in my 18-21) but I have this feeling he is just that guy who scores 40-50 points a week, but everyone is either trying to put out other fires or writes him off because they keep waiting for him to be dropped, then next minute he is 600K and you've missed the boat.

Twal could be anywhere from high 50's to 80..
