    He is dual HOK/MID too.

Probably going to be this years Randall from a couple of seasons ago though. Everyone brings him in, then replaced by someone with experience a week later.

tough luck! It's hard to get back from that kind of set-back, but not impossible at this stage of the season

Yeah I'll manage, it happens. I had a pretty bad time from rounds 7-14 last year (got down to 10k overall after round 14) and managed to claw my way back to 2416 overall, so I have faith.

Cheese going down like that was pure bad luck, and all I can do is catch up. I'm seriously considering a Munster captain against Souths, I think he's gonna go big and he's got very good base, unlike the WFBs

I'm in exactly the same position. Only 58K in the bank which won't be enough for Smith -> Tago.

I'm pretty torn. On the one hand its kind of like paying 10-30 points for a trade which is definitely worth it, on the other if I do want to make a second trade next week (bringing Starling maybe) then it's probably Lolo on the chopping block anyway but with the benefit of seeing him have a run. Fermor has a decent chance to make money though, guys good and should get plenty of minutes and probably makes more money the Lolo.

I think I've talked myself into pulling the trigger

Beth pretty much the worse thing you can do is swing on a captain choice the week after an unfortunate choice. Stick with a nailed on boring 55/60

I don't have much to lose given what I've lost this week, might as well have some fun with it.

Munster also has good base (almost never scores below 35-40), and has a very good record against Souths (last 5 games have had him score 64, 54, 55, 61, 94)

With welch injury I’ve got an obvious trade to make, have enough mid cover so will try and get Harry grant in, especially as his number 9 rival will be missing a while

Sad for welch, seems like a great guy and a hell of a warrior and I really fancied him to have a big year

Well that’s sucks Beth that’s just awful luck, at least hopefully you’ve gotten it out of the way round 1.

For me I did end up doing the Cheese to Grant thing and Bird to Penisini so I got a bit lucky. I now get Crichton score and I have 168k itb too.

For those that own Billy Smith do you think he’s a trade out or one you should persist with? I mean his BE will be around 40 next week. I could get Starling in one trade.

For me after Crichton 57 to be looped in I’m 14/716 C which I’m pretty happy with, I’m not sure how that places me or what par will be though. I have Fifita, Nanai and Penisini to come.

Very happy with J. King re the mins he got but hopefully his ppm gets a bit better. Good call Beth re him being a handy cow option. Looks like he could make some reasonable cash now.

I'm planning on moving him but that's because I missed out on Tago and J.King

So it's worth it if your going to bring in a guy you missed and will think makes lots of coin.

Considering it only costs you one trade probably a good move if you think starling can lift his PPM

Everything was going so well up until then as well, had nailed all the cheapies and ignored the duds.
