Wishart and McDonald both in and were both decent round 1.

Not sure if its worth jumping on to one of them.

I don't think either of them will be in the team past round 5, we've got Eisenhuth coming back then (who would likely push McDonald out) and then Cheese back in round 6 (who would push Wishart out)

The cool thing about the official club websites is they usually have this sort of info

"Taunoa-Brown suffered a PCL injury in the second half of last weekend’s season opener. The 25-year-old, who was one of the surprise packets of the Cowboys pre-season, is expected to miss one to two weeks."

I honestly might just have to trade in Billy Smith despite his poor score. I have no cover at WFB at the moment and that irks me.

Wishart played pretty much the whole game last week for his 31. Do you think he can keep up 25-30 points and make some cash over the next 4 or so rounds?

Russell out for a while so putting away 50k into the kitty, having some cover and hopefully some ok cash generation has slight apeal.

Not much else I can see for sub 285k

25-30 points would not be enough for him to make much money, no way would I spend 2 trades on that.

I would just keep Russell until a better cheapie emerges, unless you have someone else to sell which would raise money to upgrade him to someone who will actually make some money.

In my case, I'm keeping Russell this week as I'm selling Cheese and Vailea to Martin and Nanai

Can't afford the trades I want without trading Mahoney which is premature. We bank them.

TU: Only 1 trade - Brandon Smith > 678K (no clue who, leaning towards Arrow/Trell/Tuilagi/Gilbert)
    TD: 2 trades - Brandon Smith + Fermor > Haas + 318K (Leniu/Arthurs/MacDonald)

McInnes gotta be one of the toughest cats going around. Surely if he's named #19 he'll pass fitness tests to play.

Who drops out? Fifita owners would be worried. :\

Yeah Papy is a much better goalkicker.

That said, doesn't matter to me since I own them both

No trades for me this week.

Having another look at B.Smith, S.Walker and Leniu. Got lucky with last weeks brain fade Leniu trade in.

Fifita or Tolman I'd expect. Tolman doesn't really fit the description of interchange impact player and his tackle role isn't really necessary with Finucane & McInnes likely to play big mins

I thought the latest is Storm don't have the cap for Sims, but they could attempt the dodgy TPJ/Panthers move of getting him later in the season.

But its almost unbackable odds that Sims will play for Storm in 2023. Given they've already lose Finance, and losing Smith, KBrom, JBrom and Kaufusi next season, it's a good signing for leadership.

Which set of books are you looking at?

Not Fantasy related as such, but really surprised to see Nathan Brown drop Nikorima. Could've easily just rolled him out again this week with Taylor, but has made the call.
