To trade Lolo or not is the million dollar question this week.

I feel like these first 3-4 weeks are a competition of who can hold their nerve when it comes to trades. I think a lot of people are going to panic and make sideways trades because their guy scored low one week.

The only reason I'm making any trades at all this week is because of injuries (Cheese and Vailea for Martin and Nanai), otherwise I would be holding fast

Dude, you were the one that kept mentioning it, which is why I remember. He would start on the edge for 25 minutes, someone like Katoa or BMM would come on to the right edge pushing Curran into the middle, while Harris was out I'm pretty sure. It's hard to figure out looking at the interchanges because so many injuries and HIAs, but that's how I remember it.

Anyway, regardless, I think he's a gun fantasy player wherever he plays, just needs the role/minutes. He was just hard to pick with his price and uncertainty over role.

I shouldn't be trading Bird>Nanai but the cash potential, 1st bye round, and most of all freeing up cash to get likes of Grant/McInnes after Rd2 is appealing. Nanai was my try to fit him in final team guy I couldn't make work. I may just make no trades

That's not a bad trade, I can see both sides of it, and Nanai looks the goods, plus that trade frees up money for later which will be needed when targeting Cleary

DPPs and squad balance really assisting this week, looking at trading out a HLF & CTR to bring in 2 MID/EDGs

Was going to rage trade Lolo to Haas but...maybe with Mcinnes coming back slightly earlier it might be more prudent to wait and see....I've got a bad feeling it's not though

I would probably do that trade tbh, Haas is clearly one of the top three MIDs, so might as well just lock him in now.

Brisbane fans any truth to the rumour of A. Kelly joining the Knights in the very near future effective immediately on a 2 yr deal? Would be good for B. Walters.

Those that a forced to play Ilias shouldnt worry. As per the fantasy standard operating procedures of previous years and being forced to play someone, he will bust out a 74 while the rest that have the option of another half wont play him

I have the good fortune of being able to see his score before I decide whether to play him or not.

I currently have to play him (only halves are him, Munster and Schneider), but if he has an absolute stinker, I could swap Martin for Mann (though it would have to be a very low score for me to even consider that)

You have absolutely nailed it. I am now going to try and find a way to force myself to play Ilias.

At this stage I think I’ll use Schneider as a loop for Ilias and M. King
