Ruck speed...
I noticed again last night how the Storm are trained to slow down the ruck, most of the time it's 3 in the tackle who slowly peel off, not giving the opposition time to build momentum.
In attack they are masters at the quick play of the ball and runs out of dummy half. You rarely see the Storm do a 5 tackle set with the standard hit-ups by the forwards followed by a kick. More often you see Munster, Papy, Chees, Grant go for that run

I am lazy and just use a nespresso machine, its like playing fantasy and just copying MTB's team to start the year

Did not expect a page of coffee discussion.

Got home from golf tourney weekend last Sunday and had slept maybe 3hrs on the Saturday night and had to go straight back out for a mate's drinks.

Got the barkeep to drop a shot of Kahlua into my Guinness. Needed the caffeine.
Surprisingly good. Top recommend.

I think we need a thread for general chit chat that isnt related to sport, so people dont need to read pages of crap when trying to catch up on actual NRL fantasy discussions.

Espresso Martinis were literally the game changer I needed for late night pick me ups, as I had far too many redbull vodkas in my early 20s I cant touch them now

Yes. Well, my wife makes it and I pretend to not know how the machine works.

For beans, we buy from a local cafe where we liked their coffee and it's not too outrageously priced. I think pay $35/kg, and some of the other local beans are $52/kg. My palate is not refined enough to appreciate that 50% price differential.

A standard shot of Kahlua contains approximately 5mg of coffee
A standard coffee contains 63mg of coffee
