Yeah, I'm torn on this. I think both are good options. Does Katoa go back to the bench or Aitken to centre when Tofu comes back?

They will both get somewhere in that 60-70 minute range over the year. Curran plays round 13, has DPP, and loves an offload. Yeo only averaged .2 offloads last year but has 4 in two games. Similar thing to Haas, is that an expansion of his game this season or an anomaly. Yeo has been on fire for the panthers and playing 80, it wont keep up. Curran seems the better pick, but I find it hard to pass on Yeo. I just like watching him play more.

I think it'll stay as 11 Aitken, 12 Curran, 13 Harris - all things being equal

The other benefit for me getting Tago is I don't need to rely on Bill Smith to cover CTR, meaning I can comfortably trade him out if he doesn't improve.

I’d be down with this too. Especially if I don’t bring Thompson in.
I started with Leniu so I’m going to blindly hope he can make another 120k

When Smith was in my team before round 1 it was as the CTR version of Coates. Low base reliant on attacking stats to be traded out after a big game boosts his price

I'd just try to get him out of the 17 onto the bench

I'm leaning towards brining in Tago too. It's giving a similar feeling to a guy I skipped a few seasons ago for the season (Lomax) Yes he's a centre etc etc but means both Billy Smith and Coates are out of my 17.

Getting Billy into EMG would require I purchase a young May from the Panthers and hopes he does well from the off

All this investigation of Leo's stats, possible minutes, OL numbers on a $250k bench middle cashout who is either a) clearing out a red dot mistake from pre-season, or b) is servicing a separate and presumably more important trade-in is really entertaining.

I personally can't wait for the mass melt down and back and forth discussion when Cleary either
    a) stops scoring above 65 and loses $ hand-over-fist
    b) guns it from his first week back and continues keeping

yep, the return of Cleary will spark some good discussion.
It will be interesting to see his ownership percentages in the coming weeks

Everyone needs to calm down around Leo. He’s not the second coming of haas and if you’re grabbing him it should be hoping for 3 weeks of 35-40 max and then going back to less minutes when klem is back. Short term signing to hopefully make 100k. Worst case it’s 60k but it happens quick and you move him on

I think those trading out tuilagi etc are playing with fire. I’m going bully out for cash and knowing that worst case he only burns me for 2 rounds or so

If you’re not prepared for some of the above to happen, don’t trade

I’ve started poorly and happy enough to take the risk to get some cash gen going

Worth noting that Cleary has a baseline of 11.89% of inactive teams which already had him

May it is for another 50k. If he can string some Tago like 40s together then we are on the move. Billy can move to EMG and think about what he has done

This might have already come up, but is there a reason everyone's assuming Thompson is the guy over Mat Croker?

Basically the same price, BE, score, and minutes last week. Is it just because Thompson played round 1?
