Have NC pencilled in for R5. Mahoney and Bully to be traded out this round.

I think you should follow the Pookus advice and position Haas between the two Kings. Feng shui and that. Got a question wrong tonight where we said Yin-yang instead of Feng shui. Make of that what you will. Bullemor is a trade. Is May a trade in? Haven't looked too close yet. Low BE presumably, doesn't have dpp?

Lets talk about May

A 52 isnt that impressive when you consider it had three tries. The problem is that with the 52, the train is leaving the station. He does seem to have everything going for him: good lower grade rep, playing for the best team, fairly food job security, round 13 bye player, easy run of games coming up.

Seems as good as any for a downgrade. My question is whether he has enough going for him for a sideways trade like Ilias or Walters.

I too wonder what happens if and when he's not scoring multiple tries. But I guess the hope, for those picking him up, is that he keeps scoring them.

Interesting, just watching 100% Footy before I head to bed and Gus just mentioned he thinks Cleary might still be another week away.

"I’m stoked, and even though it means that my role will change now I knew that when I first signed here,” O’Sullivan told NRL.com.

“Nath’s confident and ready to go. Taking the three extra weeks will hold him in good stead for this weekend’s game."

Also relieved to see the panthers play fairly early so that I can get a look at Cleary before making/reversing/panicking with any trades. Trades will largely be impacted by his performance.

Interesting. Yeah, I was certain he was playing which is why I found the comment from Gus curious.

To be fair, I doubt he has too much Panthers insider knowledge these days given his new role, so it's probably nothing more than a passing opinion.

Yeah, Gus' reasoning seemed to be that he thought they'd wait for a few more forwards to come back before Cleary's return.
