Mann only played 80 because Frizell got injured

Crossland came on for Frizell when he'd normally spell Mann

    577/11C.

Has me up to 699 live rank (started at over 11k coming into this round). All downhill from here, with only 6 players remaining.

Only the 1 bad score in Leo, which should update a fair bit hopefully.

That would be my guess too. I think anytime a ref inadvertently interferes in the play it’s a scrum for the team with the ball.

Great job Mulvy - I should have stuck with Haas, got too greedy on Hynes hype.

Murray does look good though, and I might even have traded him in this week if I wasn't saving funds for Cleary.

A Fifita-Murray swap would have been called sideways at the start of the year but would be happy to swap them now

Yeah scrum might be right, attacking team feeds even if they knocked on I think. It's written in the rules somewhere when the ref affects a play. Vaguely remember it happening a few years ago.

Not saying you're wrong here, but umm, just spitballing here, maybe Nicholls off after literally 1 minute had something to do with it?

And Mann was at 2RF for the last half hour.

Murray always going to play big minutes vs Roosters and Penrith, especially when a prop goes down in first minute. Wouldn't expect him to be flogged for 80 every week.

Yep, really happy grabbing him this week for +28 on Cleary for much less cost. Just wish I had captained him, which was seriously considered.

Going to be about $850k this week.

    Remember this article? https://www.nrl.com/news/2019/03/27/stat-attack-murrays-desire-to-be-an-80-minute-man/

If that is still his goal, I expect Demetriou doesn't turn down his captain, in current form. He still had a massive workrate in the last 10 minutes, making tackle after tackle and running the ball. Has a huge motor. I expect him to play 80 or close to it most weeks, or at least until the game has been decided either way.

We also remember articles saying Taumalolo, J Paulo, almost every forward talking about a desire to play 80

If we made teams based on articles like that our teams would train the house down. Sometime you need to see real evidence or you end up with as many flops as successes
