Hyperbole no doubt, but there's gunna be something wrong with however it's implemented tbh.

There will be a rule change shortly - like the one a couple of years ago when players threw the ball at an opposition layer lying on the ground at the play-the-ball to get a penalty.

The commentators are blowing up about the giving a penalty away to challenge a missed call thing. But I think the solution is straight forward, and the ref was going to do it to Sexton: if you commit a deliberate foul to stop the play to review the previous play and your challenge fails, you go straight to the bin for a professional foul. I think there's enough of a risk there to stop teams from doing it too often.
