We havent seen Brown at lock with Matterson on the bench yet. Would expect him to steal significant minutes.MF wrote:
It was between Guth and Nbrown for me this week. Ive chosen Nbrown so if you want a banner in your team pick up Guth

That sounds like a really sideways trade
Really? I thought there would be more upside for Taaffe. 40k cheaper, not super reliant on tries which Coates clearly is,Souths good draw and Taaffes willingness to be heavily involved in most plays(unlike Latrell). Maybe I’m put off by the fact that I’ve had to cop 2 of Coates shit scores in my 17 so far this year

Thinking of using a trade on Bsmith/Vailea to Koula/Taafe to improve cash gen and cover. Only concern is Koula becoming a red dot and going back to the same issue.
Thoughts on this?

Slightly random stat
At some point after lockout in round 1, they adjusted Dane Gagai from 200 run metres to 199
His score on the fantasy app is now listed as 77, but at the time he was scored at 78.
Enjoy your free point, Gagai owners.
This has probably happened to other players too, but I can't be stuffed looking for it.

Good player in real life, hasn't really put up any great scores in his brief runs at fullback. I'd wait and see a week on him personally.

If you're playing him every week in your 17 I'd rather have Taafe than Coates. If you're playing them at 18 as first look loop then I'd rather have Coates than Taafe, if this makes sense.
Coates is going to go multiple tries 60+ at some point. Maybe not this week vs Sharks, but then he has Warriors, Knights, Dragons. Hopefully he can get two good scores in a row and boost his price before selling.

What are Leo Thompson owners doing ?
His time must be up this week or next with Klemmer back surely. BE of 14 so not urgent. Will be on minutes watch this week and most likely sell the next.

Holding this week as he's not expensive enough to facilitate my Cleary trade in. I'd probably ditch him now if I could have though

Depends on how his BE progresses, really. Need him this week as a starting MID *shudder* due to Haas being out. Will re-assess next week, but I don't imagine his BE will get too out of control quickly.EJ24 wrote:What are Leo Thompson owners doing ?

Holding out for a Savage straighttrade once the Raiders lose again and Ricky is forced to shuffle the deckchairs.

This but definitely need some cash from elsewhere to upgrade in MID because I've got him, Haas, MKing and Mann.
Keeping an eye on JFH's output this week.

Fair call. Savage hopefully loses some money playing from the bench before he winds up nabbing a starting spot.Pookus McFly wrote:

JFH is one I haven't seen mentioned at all. I thought he was mid range filth.filthridden wrote:

After having a look theres possibly 100k of value there for a bye round gun if he gets 50 mins +

Yep, my only MID cover as well. Assume the majority of Haas owners are starting Leo or AFifi this week. It's a long drive to the 'Gong; hopefully Leo is hanging for a couple of Meaties by the time they get there.

Not loving the negatives Nanai likes to rack up and the BE on Critta makes me uneasy, so think I’m gonna grab TPJ and Taaffe, eats a bit into the Haas funds, but Arrow and Wilton probably go next week so I should have some wiggle room to work with, with any luck Koula forces his way into the team and makes it easy with leftovers to chase Cleary the week after

Hey guys can do S. Crichton to Taylan May worth a trade? Crichton’s gonna lose some coin whilst if May avg 45 next 3 weeks he makes 120k so good for cash gen and May will get DPP soon.
