Watching last weeks game Walters looked to run the ball quite a bit and was pretty close to busting the line open a couple times.
Last I checked his BE is 30 (?), he's going to need a try or some attacking stats this week to get above that. And Vsing Panthers it's probably unlikely, no Haas as well so that's less metres made.

Bringing in iPap and captaining.
I have bet actual money on the Broncos beating Penrith, so I may as well death-ride Cleary another week.

Really finding it hard to justify getting in Koula who's probably a trap. Also finding it not sitting right trading out SCrit so soon. Need some advice. 2 options so feel free to thumbs up thumbs down instead, but wouldn't mind feedback on thoughts.
Really need a MID this week. So:
1) Nanai + SCrit > Lolo (or cotter) + Koula/Lee
2) Nanai + Coates > Gilbert + Koula/Lee
Never thought about trading out Coates, but if Lee is even half decent he should be able to creep up to Coates' price in 5-6 weeks (given he's not a trap either). Lets me run with SCrit a little while longer, but doesn't give me as good of a MID in Lolo/Cotter

I don't like either of those trade options tbh.
Edit: Koula over Lee though. Although Edrick is playing outside Gagai...

I was pretty bored at work today so i watched the Garrick presser. Hard to actually tell if he will stay at fullback or not.
I feel like Koula is probably a trap but i got him last week so i guess i dont need to worry about making that decision.
The good news is I *think* he will play right side this week

He was looked at as a trade-in option for a few last week. I wasn't too worried about the scoring when he has a 30 average even with garbage min games included. As long as he keeps his spot and plays 80, I think the good score will come amongst the 30s. Just need patience with cows sometimes.
Agree with Aardvark. Wouldn't buy, wouldn't sell.

I don't love losing Nanai right now - has potentially another 100k in him. But if you must then option 1 Cotter/Koula.

I remember Broncos randomly testing the Panthers a few times in recent meetings. Give them no chance with forward stocks taking a hit this time though.

We got close both times last year, second game was no Cleary. Cleary saved them late in the first game and put up a banner. Haas bannered in the second one.
No haas no carrigan no flegler.. yikes. I feel like the Panthers will be partying

I wouldn't sell Crichton, but I probably wouldn't trade in Gilbert either. 2 is better if you can find a better MID.

Yeah that's it. No Cleary in the 2nd game, but Panthers were still on fire and it was pretty impressive from the Broncs.
I thought it could be a better game than expected when tipping, but remembered Haas and Rick in particular and thought ugh no.

I can do Lolo or Cotter instead of Gilbert, I just wanted to bank some coin for next week. Finding this week hard because I only had 6k itb and didn't wanna go through it again.wolfking wrote:

Hmmm...both those options IMO way better than Gilbert. But that based on nothing.

Its a miracle.
On the Mount of Nanai Moses was given the 10 commandments of NRL Fantasy:
1. Thou shalt not have any Captain except for Cleary if you have him in your team
2. Thou shalt not trade out golden calves before they get fattened
3. Thou shalt not covet your neighbour's fantasy team
4. Keep Super Saturday free to watch all the NRL games
5. Thou shalt not trade out Haas for a 1 week suspension
6. Thou shalt not trade out performing guns to get Cleary
7. Thou shalt not trade in cows with poor job security
8. Thou shalt not trade in too many Origin players
9. Thou shalt not use all your trades too early
10. Thou shalt not trade sideways
