Last season he'd go for those plays in the last 10 minutes of the half when defences were tired (hence, Cleary junk points). This year he does seem to be going for it a lot more a lot earlier, but the defenders can still just about react quickly enough to it. Probably just desperate to score a try to "confirm" his comeback.

Just made me realise both coaches had sons playing in game tonight. How often has that happened?

Gotta be honest, kind of missed the Cleary tackle in a whirlwind haze of anger, sadness, confusion and frustration I found myself in tonight, but what's the go? Found the replay on NRL.com and it doesn't look great. Just wonder if there's any hope at all for a schmuck who wasted his Cleary fund on Ruben Fucking Cotter this week to get a second chance at him before things get too out of hand?

No way I could bring him in next week, but if he's off for a week I could probably wrangle my way towards him in a fortnight.

Long way of saying, genuine chance he misses a week or two?
