I haven't seen anyone talking about 3-4 games. It's Fanhub's discretion and if they decide someone's filling in for injury, they don't get it. In my opinion, he's played there enough in the past and is first to play there for an injury, he should probably have it.

That's not true. I'm certain player couple of seasons ago player filled in for injury week before DPP changes and got it because long term injury replacement. Don't ask me to name player but it happened

I think the only thing stopping Talakai from getting DPP is if Tracey comes back and is named at centre next Tuesday.

Otherwise he's shown enough to suggest he is a valid centre option

Long term injury is a bit different. Tracey was due back this week or next.
