Certainly thinking about it. Obviously seems reactive, but we know what he's capable of and cheap. Would be nice if he was still GK. Would he get a rest over the bye rounds? Me thinks Knights have to play him right?

SCritta to Ponga, Mann to Angus for about 70k total is gonna be pretty hard to resist, Origin or not.

I could almost go Kobe to Ponga in 1 trade... depending on the magic number

Most of my $ gains (compared to a lot of others) have been from picking the right guns, and whilst that's nice I can't use that money. I've missed Jing and May and really scraped to get Cleary in. I'd really like a cow trade this week (or double cow), need to get the cash going. Looking at Cobbo, but if a cheap edge popped up, Nanai to Ponga could be a go. The six week mark always interesting. Sometimes patience, sometimes boldness required.

Either way, I'm happy with that as he's beaten both Koula (who I had in the loop below him) and Leo (the guy who I sold to get him). His base looks pretty decent for the price, and the Knights were getting him involved which is great to see.

What do you include as ‘base’? Unless you include TB’s there is no base.

He was involved though, which is more than you can say for Ben Hunt when a field goal is required.

McInnes, Angus and Ponga are definitely starting to look appealing as cut price keepers. Cleary needs to come in next week though; those guys can wait a week or two. With the starting spot next week McInnes probably has one more price drop left in him, and it'll be interesting to see if Angus gets 80 again.

My only trade this round was Clifford to Taaffe. Probably got rid of Clifford one week too late, but I'll take +3 points and +249 in the bank.
