Watching him in person it's easier to see why he belongs in first grade. Never stops talking and always directing guys around off the ball. Poor teams have to over pay to get quality first graders and if you can't get the rep quality players (Hunt to Dragons for slightly overs) I don't see a problem with paying for guys that can lead you to the finals. Sure you aren't gonna win a comp paying Townsend 800k but it's the kind of move that wins regular season games, builds a culture and keeps the young guys interested
