Hastings on 26 at the half without doing much in attack is encouraging. I suppose we brought him in for his solid base, with the ability to go huge on a good day.

Tigers should’ve taken the 2 and doubled their lead there.

Surprised Kelma wasn’t awarded the try, I thought it was grounded well enough. And if not it’s probably a penalty try. On the flipside, I think the spirit of the rule is to stop people lining up the catcher while he’s defenceless, a guy legitimately contesting the ball should probably be allowed to do what Lomax did. But then it’s also better when rules are black and white.

Anyway enjoying the footy, Gods country looking spectacular in the afternoon sun as always. The drone doing a good job of not showing the steelworks and sewerage plant

Yeah he's doing alright, 45 is my pass mark for him.

That’s exactly what you got him for. Priced at 35, 45 a game makes almost 150k and his base is major plus in the quest for that. Any sort of attacking game and he’s easily making that as a minimum

Absolutely. Looks like Hastings keeps calling for the 2 and getting overruled somewhere

Yeah he was calling for the one before HT while holding his shoulder. They have Brooks who could’ve thrown it over

Wasn’t sold on Hastings but I might grab him next week, he’s a poor man’s Cleary, and I mean that in the best way possible, not as good but just like Cleary he wants to be involved in everything.

Ha Sims should’ve got 10 there and instead it’s a knock on. Ref has been about as average as the players

Thinking the same, I think he's worth grabbing next week.

About halfway thru the Roosters game, the Dragons decided they need to run the ball on every 5th attacking option. It’s not working. Got lucky there
