On the one hand it shows how much Impact one decision can quickly have. On the other hand, it's possible that Ponga outscores Ted by more than that over the next couple of months. Doesn't seem likely though.

If I'd gone Ted instead of Ponga three weeks ago (was a toss-up, and I ignored the forum's TU/TD) I'd be 120 points better off and in 7th in play. Instead, I'm not.

Playing a game with a mate where one suggests initials, and the other has to come up with a past or present nrl player with those initials. L.W. has us stumped. Can anyone help?

yep those are such a good QOL update. Cheers buddy.
Also happy to be only 10 points of the pace for this week, horror round for most players.
Out of interest, does anyone own iPap, Burton, and teddy? Would be a great week if you did.
Can imagine someone having those 3, plus DCE, May, Murray etc for a really good score. Great week to dodge poor scores if anyone has. Anyone tracking for 900+?

Yeah, fine. I've owned Ponga before, I know what can happen. It was more of a cash play because his BE was low, I save 50k and I could probably move him on more profitably over Origin than Ted, however Ted averaging 70+ wasn't in the equation. If I'd have known that it might *just* have tipped the balance.
Anyhoo... Knights have a few better fixtures coming up, Ponga's having to get involved, and he's goal-kicking. Roosters next seven include Panthers twice, Eels twice, Storm and Sharks (plus Raiders in the bye round that Teddy isn't playing), so it might turn out less bad than it is currently.

686 with Papy and Hynes to go. Weird round. Plenty of rubbish to deal with

Felt a week late on Ponga at the time. The banner closed the price gap and I went with Teddy. Swings and roundabouts this game

Talakai told him to have a week off and he'll cover both positions.

Was just looking through my league ( 8 ) and holy fuck there's some good sides in there. I'm about 10 off the pace of the top 1000 according to yafss, but probably going to come in the bottom 3 this week.
Lots of "woe is me" on the forums yesterday (myself included in the pity party) but I'm expecting some happy faces in here tonight once it all wraps up. Looking forward to it!
