NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 43 - Magic Time

Well, that wasn't very magic. 186/6 (TTurbo, Ponga, TPJ, Burton, Randall, Ming). Will have to put away thoughts of the top 100 and play the next couple of months for giggles.

I blame the Suncorp turf and the uninhabitable Queensland weather.

I had no idea there's more than a few people here having a garbage year.

For me it all just started with the wrong decisions. Angus over IPap, Fifita over Haas. Dud cash cow picks like Amone and B Smith. Wasting trades fixing those problems and it's been struggle street from there.

Owned Haas right up until his injury last week

Targetted Cleary so didn't get in grant or iPap early which was probably a mistake on hindsight, just not sure if I was blinded by 2021 goggles or not. Really wanted both but had a plan so went for it. Lately just been trying to bring in underpriced guns (Angus, Lolo, Cotter) in an attempt to make up ground, but just not getting there.

Turbo tonight hurts the most because it was my first real gamble of the season, and it backfired spectacularly.

I've got Koula's 32 or Tago, and I'll loop in Tago because fuck it, even though Koula has already outscored my two gun WFBs. It's upside-down round.

Schneider's shittest scores for the year are about 10 points less than that so how much is at the worst losing 10 points worth to you?

Granted I'm thinking I'll take Edrick's 37 over Schneider but 15 points is a different story lol

I'll probably stick with Koula with points on the board haha never know if Tuilagi gets a HIA or injury. Would only be 10 points or so in it anyway
