I think most likely scenarios are Cleary either plays 80 (or close enough) or not at all, so its' safe to captain him with a strong VC

I feel like I have no one to trade out and therefore tradeless. This is BS.

I wasn't looking at trading Davey in EMG yet or Butcher but need to get some R17 players this week due to BEs so those 2 best candidates

Klems a good option. He's around the top 5 MID options, he won't play origin and having watched him play a few times lately I think he is in great form this year.

He is not, however, a value pick and will probably score what he is scoring and be valued at where he is with his value dropping off as the season progresses.

It's always tricky around this time of year because the extra $50-$100k you spend on one player can mean that you have a suboptimal gun (like that?) in another position.

I like Klem and looked at him about 5 weeks ago. He was a great pick up then but I won't be getting him now.

    Agree on this.

I nearly started the year with Klemmer (most laughed at hte suggestion lol). Lucky I didn't because he got injured. It was he or Hudson Young... oh well.

I'm going with Hynes this week, VC on Taumalolo.
I'm just giving Cleary a rest after SOO 1, as a fantasy coach I need to look after my players

Wasn’t he playing with an injury? Surely he’s healed up and would expect something closer to how he started the season averaging 48

Yeah, Hynes is where I'm leaning, but should stick solid with Cleary really.

I like Havili as a punt. If we get some confirmation of Murray/Cook being rested I’ll jump aboard.

More of value pick than Ipap who is 60k over his average

Probably a rookie question, but are Mam's cup stats available? Currently bringing him in but concerned he's going to be a different Mam when in the Arey shadows.

58 this season in Qld Cup. But has scored 13 tries in 11 games lol

38 average last season, but that was only 7 games pre-COVID, and at his age he could be twice as good 12-15 months later.

    So it's all speculative.

I think he could do less with ARey there, but given his scores haven't been reliant on kicking, he could also go better.

    Currently on:

    Starling to Mahoney
    Hastings to Moses

They seem pretty straight forward. Will give me 5 eels players all of a sudden though which should be fine but it always feels a bit dicey.

Fermor to Bird or Wishart to Mam both potential third trades I'm pondering

Absolutely true....when I looked at Klem I actually stretched and went with Ipap but he was >$100k cheaper and I wanted the DPP

Edit : You're paying market value for Klem but overs for Ipap @ $900k
