Play RFM over Harris? Thinking I’ll take a look at Mams score and have Harris at 19. Koula and Kiraz the other loop options

Several other key NSW team selection decisions have emerged, with News Corp able to reveal:
    * Axed Manly forward Jake Trbojevic is headed for a State of Origin II recall.
    * Overlooked Bulldogs winger Josh Addo-Carr is back at the forefront of NSW selectors minds.
    * X-factor player Ryan Papenhuyzen’s hopes of earning a Blues bench spot have been flattened after testing positive to Covid.
    * NSW Origin I forwards, including Eels duo Ryan Matterson and Regan Campbell-Gillard and Dragons forward Tariq Sims, are struggling to be retained.

Trbojevic’s possible selection could mean Parramatta’s Campbell-Gillard is dropped for Origin II. The Blues won’t make mass changes but several players, including Trbojevic, Addo-Carr, Tyson Frizell and Angus Crichton, are being scrutinised.

Are you a Hastings owner still MS? Very torn on what to do with him right now

I can get away with him at 18 this week to mitigate a bad score in the 17 and hope the rep break gives him some time to recuperate

I don't understand why on Discord and my mini league team people are so set on selling Panthers backs? As Warriors fan we are dumpster fire atm and real danger of spoon. Why hold Panthers backs until now just to sell before Warriors game???

Well the Warriors might be slightly better than the Knights and May and Tago needed tries just to hit the 30s. So something about matchups and all that

Was going decent in the halves at the time so didn't end up with Hastings. I would be getting rid of him immediately if I owned him

Im thinking he wont be in the starting side pretty soon. Wont be there next year, may as well move on and try out players who might be useful to the team in 2023

Ill hold for now though. Tago slots in. Hopefully im wrong.

Think ill gamble on Tevaga to Hughes. Hughes has been scoring quietly but i dont think hes changed as a player, hopefully a string of big scores just around the corner. Like his chances up against a broncos team who are probably a little out of steam this week. This is as gut feel as they come

Don't care what Hughes scores this week. It's horrible move. 76 BE with last 3 avg of 36 and the 46 in that was with try. Clearly carrying injury last 2 but even if over that's not a gamble I'd take against that BE for player like him

EDIT: Broncos depletion is lure I get it but I'm too conservative on bringing in big BE players. Cleary was exception that paid off. Don't let me talk you out of it. Just not for me

Maybe Hastings to RFM is back on then. Chuck 200k in the kitty and re-evaluate after the break.

I think it's easy to put too big of an emphasis on BEs, you can't always wait for every player to completely bottom out. If someone is going to play Hughes over a 35 point scorer instead then imo the points upgrade is more important than saving 20k at this point of the season.

I suspect that the worm will turn for Hughes at some point but have been monitoring as an in for Hastings and I’m not sure he’s there yet…..it could be this week and I’ll be kicking myself for picking up Sexton for the same price.

Doesn't play rd 17 but Fogarty is the same price as Hughes and a lower BE. Last year Fogarty averaged 55 (59 in 60+min), Hughes averaged 61 (55 with Pap, 69 without Pap). Not exactly apples to apples stats but thought I'd share with the rest of the class.

I think Hughes is a fingers crossed scenario with higher reward and feel Fogarty might be more reliable with slightly lower reward. Then again, I'm bog average at fantasy.
