    Mahoney
    Mam

going for a league win and dont play this week but this is going to be shockingly bad. Will be touch and go if i can crack 100.

Haha wow yeah might be a rough week in the ranks mate

    tanking this week

    but looking at

Savage to Kennedy (gives me 1 more player)
    Mam to Pole
    Kiraz to Cam Murray

TU: Pull the trigger this week
TD: Just do Kiraz to Pole

could also jump on Pappy instead of Murray. Bit hard to guage who is the better pick up as most people are focussed on round 17 more then the long term team.

This would be the squad with 7 + 4 trades left

    Cook
    Murray Haas Harris
    Crichton Ipap
    Clearly DCE
    Burton S.Crichton
    Hynes Edwards Koula

    Mahoney
    A.Elliott
    M.King
    Tago

    Pole
    Kennedy
    Saab
    B.Smith

I basically have 2 options this week, thoughts? Only got 4+4 trades left so have to make them count.

A: Hold trades this week, then sell Ramsey and Mam to Volkman and Tohu (or alternately Lolo or Curran), I need Ramsey and Mam to make about 20k cash between them for this to work

B: Sell Kiraz to Kennedy this week then sell Ramsey and Mam to Volkman and Murray/Teddy/Grant/some other gun next week.

Trading in Will Kennedy this week. Bracing myself for the possibility of him playing 80 minutes for -2 points.

Seems a good opportunity to rid myself of Kiraz & Savage to Papy & 220k Rodwell maybe

Looked at Rodwell but you'd think he won't play if Matto is back.

Murray can wait and might play limited minutes Rd 18. Not having many rd 17 players and selling Mam now is odd

Just had a look at how fullbacks have gone this year against the Broncos, I'm considering selling Ramsey early (to Kennedy) given that.

Their average conceded to fullbacks is 38.4, with only 2 fullbacks scoring over 50 against them (Ponga and Dufty of all people)

I've been deliberately holding trades and keeping otherwise terrible Rd 17 players for a Round 17 + Round 18 attack (I've got 13+4 before I hit submit on these ones) so I'm going all out.

Out: Max King, Koula, Suaalii and Kiraz
In: Papenhuyzen, Latrell, Brandon Smith and Will Kennedy

Gives me 13 green dots this week (14 if Te Maire Martin plays but that seems unlikely?). The catch is that many of them are terrible players who are capable of putting up single digit scores, so let's see whether the risk of holding trades and dud players to attack Round 17 was worth it...

    Team this week:
    Mahoney
    B Smith, iPap, McInness
    Bird
    Mam Ilias
    Penisini
    Hynes Pap Latrell

    Walters Kennedy

Current rank is 7,089 so I'm hoping I can break into the top 5,000 this week. Counting on everyone having gone harder at Rd 13 than they did this one + being short on trades.

Sensible, I grabbed Hughes as my third half for the run home and as a filler this round hoping to squeeze a few more bucks out of Mam before he becomes DCE.

Also want to see what SOO throws up injury wise.

I might steal your plan...grab Hughes now and grab DCE in a couple of rounds for someone else when SOO shakes itself out!

Broncos minus Haas, Carrigan, Cobbo and Capwell might mean better outcome for a score?

Well yeah, but the Dragons minus Bunt doesn't exactly fill me with confidence in terms of Ramsey getting attacking stats (which he needs)

Haas and Carrigan provide a huge amount of the platform for the Broncos go forward.
Halfback aside, if the Dragons smash them in the forwards there will be more points for the backs.

The 7-11 part of ladder is pretty tight, with Rabbitohs having tough run home I don’t know if they can afford to rest Murray/Cook

Probably similar for Teddy with Roosters in 10th

Fair enough. I'll give him one chance, then trade to Volkman next week if I need money

Yep. Expect Murray, Cook and DCE to get minimal rests for actual games - maybe an early breather if they get to a huge lead, but otherwise their teams need them on the park given their ladder position
