Both reasonable picks mate, just unlucky.

I did Harris in R13 as well, went Hughes this time, which is ok especially considering the score,

Between my work and dealing with my old man's stuff, copping a bad score from my captain is nothing.

Love it mate, most can take the highs and lows of a fucking game, many can't! That's fine, but whining on a forum about a 1 round into ownership is a pisstake! play the average move on!

Hope everything all good with the old man mate!

    Yikes

Reported as mallet finger for Ryan Papenhuyzen rather than a dislocation. Is a tendon tear that prevents straightening of the finger. Would increase concern for a required absence if so, will await confirmation.

For sure, bye rounds are normally a bit of a gamble and I’d make the same decisions if I had my time again, just rough luck hahaha not much you can do

Back from indoor, lost the sf in a shootout (I missed). Just caught up and thought I was in a thread from 4 or 5 weeks ago….poor old Seve 😂

Thank you Trindall. I’m going to pretend that Papy got 53 and Trindall got 26…everything is right with the world and we can move on to tomorrows match 🙃

I’m also on team ‘get a grip’ if your outside back scored badly in a game where his team got pumped.

Particularly if you didn’t Captain him

    2 trades so far.
    Trindall and Papenhuyzen.
Trindall has been in my watch list all season after he had a great finish to last year.
I’m kinda hoping Hynes misses next week too.

Anyone else googling ‘Mallet Finger’? (sounds like a minor character in a Marvel
    Movie)

I thought it must have been one of Thor's super powers.

Eh, he can be traded straight back out. Was looking at trading McInnes but he looks decent enough to hang around. Might just run Kennedy and load up on forwards haha.

Speaking of Marvel movies, watched the new Thor movie yesterday.
It was a fun movie, lots of pisstakes, almost like a Mel Brooks movie from the 80’s.

If anyone is looking for a new show on TV, I recommend The Terminal List, on Amazon Prime. The book is even better.

Rabs outburst made me laugh. Many a fantasy coach has had those bye round feelings over the years.

First coming into the round has already been overtaken. Also he captained Matterson for some reason.

He's 85. Had a great run - lives life to the hilt. Seriously, the stories I can't share online are worth a big night, many beers and many laughs to be had.
Developed Alzheimer's, and a blood disease (needs transfusions every two weeks), so playing his final innings.
I'm OK with him dying, we've made our peace and I'm ready to say goodbye. What he doesn't want and I don't look forward to witnessing, is his mind deteriorating to the point where he doesn't remember anyone. Last time we were together, he told me that he's just lying in a prison and wants to be free.
I'm his PofA, guardian for medical decisions and will be the executer of his will - so, looking down the barrel of a couple of months of shit dealing with all that mess.

Anyway, enough whining. Life is good if you have a roof over your head, a job you enjoy 3/4 of the time, have a family that loves you.
I have nothing to complain about.

    Back to the footy.

Is he showing a blank player spot somewhere for a trade? Surely he couldn't have left the C on a non player?
