I wanted him after round 14 but my policy of only trading in rd 17 players due to limited trades left

Well done for being on him, watching him close he’s been smashing it

Nice one. Small world but unless there’s a load of Tassie conferences this week I was thinking about attending this, but too much IRL stuff on the home front plus work being difficult on budget made it not worth it for me. Hope you enjoy!

Cashing out Penis this week (probably Volkman?) Leaving me with 401k ITB.

Edrick Lee still got an easy 50k to make so don't wanna move him on yet, similar for Koula. Really feel like it's a waste having that much cash on the bench, but my targets (DCE, Murray, Teddy) are all dubious for full returns this week, and given BEs could easily drop some cash as well.

Dubious, but might sit on the rest of the trades in an attempt to fit all 3 in the cap rather than just two of em. Thoughts?

How many trades do you have left? Id be going the other way personally, and using the $236k (?) you have in the bank to upgrade your Penis and get Koula/Kennedys score out of the 17. From your targets you could afford Tedesco (assuming he plays) or Carrigan/Grant types (assuming they play). Then you can feel free to sit on Lee and Koula until they mature but with a slightly better scoring output. Id also consider turfing Mahoney if Grant might be dipping within 50k.

Looked like Roosters wanted him to get his hands on the ball more. If it's a permanent move, how underpriced is he? $720k = 55pts.... first game at pivot and he hit 65. Chances of him doing a 2021 Doueihi? 14 tbs unsustainable and almost no kick metres though.

Think I'm starting to talk myself out of it haha

FWIW I was flipping thru an actual newspaper today while waiting for my coffee order and there was an article saying he’s going to have a “Turbo-like role” for the Roosters. So he’s set to average 80 then

More seriously I have him but I think a big gamble at current price. For me he’s don’t but, don’t sell space. But would love him to go berserk and make up for my lack of Burton

I'd go a third way and make my priority upgrading Lee and RFM for stronger scorers in the starting 17 (leaving Koula at 18).

So, yes downgrade Penisini, then maybe wait a week to let Edrick make more cash and to see how Origin shakes out, and hopefully have enough for one expensive gun (Cook/Murray/DCE) and one cut price one (Haas/Difita/Grant). If you have enough trades you could get a bit more cash for these moves by trading Koula to eg Gagai next week, but that's only if you have loads.

whens cotter due back? will he be back to big minutes when he returns? big doubt for me, if murray is named he could be a shout, or carrigan is someone im interested in, though obviously cotter isnt the biggest concern

one good thing is you have lots of options, anyone youre desperate to bring in?

Probably move Penis on. You could shift Burton or Mulitalo to CTR and bring in someone decent under 700 like Curran.

    1. Penis - Latrell.  Just enough for a single trade.

    2. Penis - 220K

    3. Penis - Pole
       Mam - Ted.

All 3 options look good.  Not sure if it will be worth just skipping Latrell to focus on the others.

I picked up Latrell last round but I'm in a similar boat. Ill need to cash out Penisini also. I'll probably grab Teddy so i can avoid playing Koula/Kennedy at WFB. Giving me a back 3 of Hynes/Teddy/Latrell. DCE is absolutely on my wishlist as he's involved in so much for Manly. I'd grab him over Ted if I could, just depends how strong your back 3 already is.
