I think definitely, Cook's the player I'm most scared not to own.

Put it this way, Cook averages 9 points more than the next best hooker (Grant)

Murray only averages 2.7 more than the next best mid (iPap) or 6.8 more than the 'affordable' option in Haas.

He's further ahead at hooker than Murray is at mid.

Plus, much higher ownership in the top 5000 (22.96% for Cook vs 8.5% for Murray).

    Top captains
Usual caveat that this includes everyone, dead teams as well. Top 100/1000 etc data can't be seen until after lockout

Cherry-picking stats on the Daly Cool

Cook is only averaging 0.5 points less than Cleary and obviously doesn't kick goals. He also has not scored below 60 since round 9 and that round 9 score of 48 is his only score below 50 all year.

Only Haas and Hynes have survived for me.

I started with Lolo and DiFi too, and have them again now, but traded out in the middle.

Had Hynes, Burton, IPap, Ming and Haas since R1

Been surprisingly decent trading after a shocking start

We've got no indicator if DCE will goal kick which is the tough thing, really torn on him Cleary and Hynes this week as captain

You've asked this 10 times in the last 2 days and been consistently told Cook. If your waiting for someone to say Murray because thats who you want just bloody well trade him in!

I think I would prioritise Cook because of his massive upside, I'd rather miss out on a Murray 65 than a Cook 80+

Oh great so now I don't have another essential player.

Also if Cook or Cam Murray could kick goals they'd be beating them all (I also don't own them)

Trying to find anything on DCE goalkicking but this is all I could find, his postmatch interview last week where he said as soon as Reubens hip is right he'll retain the goalkicking.

Haas has had 19 days off and is fit, forget about his injuries.

BE sites aren't updating and I don't trust coach.

Anyone keeping Butcher? Avg 49 when starting second row. With Stili out, would prob start there for the remainder of the year?

One reason I (and many others) sucked last year was because injury/form/suspension meant I had to spend half my trades on CTRs

Just looked and my CTRs this week are Tago and Aitken, the same 2 I had in my team in round 1.
My team still sucks, but at least I haven't been playing CTR roulette

That’s why I thought I would beat the system this year and started with 5 CTR’s (Burton, Aitken, Bird, Tago & Crichton). Rather than trade them in I would only trade them out, thereby saving half the trades. Still managed to add May, Averillo and Koula to the cache along the way though - so maybe it hasn’t worked.

Well obviously Murray is the correct trade in.

Hmmm...all this Murray talk makes me see that I have enough that I could use my last trade to turn McInnes into him. Thats tasty.

Would love some info on Manu too. Could get Murray for him too at not much outlay.

Whoever said I’ve asked 10 times it’s been around 4 times and the first 2 times barely anyone replied and for your info this is the hardest fantasy decision I’ve had to make over the last few months! Also I’ve hit rollback team so many times and reversed trades that I’ve lost count!

Either choice is a win, just pick one.
