Yep, would have been much better if Souths (and Roosters tbf) had lost last week, put some jeopardy into it.

Hopefully no Cows get rested off the back of the Panthers news. Surely a good win and momentum into finals TP would be wanting. Hopefully Storm beat the Eels to give Cows more incentive to win and stay in 3rd spot. I'm sure they wouldn't want to fall to 4th and play Penrith week one.

haha i didn't realise Cows are playing Panthers. Would be kind of funny to lose to a reserve grade panthers side and then have to play the first grade side in week 1 finals.

Ha, true. When you put it like that, they will want a big win this week. The fans would want to see a big win too you would think.

I have read somewhere that JD would be giving the fringe players a run as a kind of reward so to speak, so its quite possible Mitchell and Murray may be rested also.

Got no trades, no depth and 3 dead hookers (Cook, Clark, Booth) so at best I have 16 players, so this week should be fun

To cap it off, I have COVID and am stuck in iso until Friday night (must've got it at the same time as Cook did)

If I can't play Cook, then that would be tremendous. Find it hard to believe that he would'nt play best available squad and aim for 5th-6th

On the plus side I haven't heard of a single player I own being rested... yet. Might win the fantasy lottery this weekend.
