The irony of this piece of shit thinking he was attacking invaders when he's not even a Kiwi is breathtaking

Very few details. The TVNZ news is starting to cycle through the same stuff now. I suspect we won't get more details until later tonight.

Tonight's one of those nights were you just eat + drink whatever the hell you want, it's the small things that make life great.

It's bullshit that cunts like him have a platform. Paul Keating was spot on when he called the senate unrepresentative swill. No doubt Leyonhjelm will be next to shout out the same viewsMilchy wrote:

Re: The Not Thread-Worthy Thread
Anyone knowledgeable on weight loss/nutrition? Since January last year I have lost 44 kilos and I'm down to 88 (I was a fat mofo) but struggling to get to my goal which is 80. All the experts told me this would happen and apparently losing the last 5-10 kilos is the hardest (I see that now).
I'm about to go see an exercise physiologist next week and I fear he is going to want to change up my exercise routine (a routine which has worked fairly well for me the past 14 months). I already do 6 hours of cardio and 2 hours of weight training a week so maybe I am doing too much cardio? I dunno. Sometimes I am fatigued from all the cardio (I also work 55 hours a week on my feet) so I am drained by the weekend most weeks.
I eat really healthy (fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, nuts, protein shakes/bars) etc. It just seems like my goal is so far away now even though I have become pretty healthy since last January.
Any advice on this would be appreciated

Re: The Not Thread-Worthy Thread
Continuously reading how it was two shooters, 4 arrested. Any explanation on how and what the other 2 or 3 were doing to be arrested ?
Also, wasnt it the one shooter, who drove to the 2nd mosque ?

Amazing work mate. I showed this quickly to my PT mate and he said without knowing what you're doing it's not enough weight training and too much cardio. Weights will help you drop the weight quicker.
My advice is pick up a ball of coke and have yourself a good weekend and watch those calories fall off.
