Jeez, you could easily have a few weeks in a row of about 100 points combined from this lot.

Any interest in DCE as a reliable option to hit constant 60s with the occasional boom? Aka Grant

Solid team Rabs but just make sure it's the team you are happy to take responsibility for picking.

If you are just going with consensus or what others have told you is the best course of action then it's not your team.

Some picks should be common sense, some picks should be a choice between two 'up in the air guys' given the info you have and a few should be gut picks.

Also remember when giving feedback that not everyone wants the same team. There's a reason some people don't post their teams up for public analysis and it's not that they are keeping a huge secret, it's generally that they don't want a bunch of 'no Garner?' feedback.

BTW I don't use the downvote button (not on purpose any way) unless I see a thumbs up thumbs down poll thats not symmetrical.

It's also important to consider everyone's perspective, life challenges & mental health and not just your own.

True, but by including Suaalii over TMM, they have a stronger lineup than many on here

Looking at Miller, do we see him continuing his 200 metres and 10 TB's a game while playing for a weaker team

    Looking at either Miller + I.Thompson + 75K OR taking a punt on Ponga + Talau + 38K

Trell is Trell he will probs the 2nd best WFB scorer behind Teddy. Trell can he up and down a bit but can go boom against anyone.

I have Murray/Fifita/Haas/Carrigan/Cleary/Latrell all in my team - 6 guns, perhaps it's one too many as someone mentioned above 5 is the sweet spot, now thinking I'm doing something wrong Shocked

Any interest in Fa’amanu Brown. Named starting lock for dogs and Thompson out for 6 months, awkward price but surely upside??

For anyone from Manly, Roosters, Storm and Gold Coast to be in my team they have to represent good value, or a lot of points (or both)

Because of the bye over the first 5 rounds there's a cost in having them over a more bye friendly player.

If they are potentially the highest scorer in the game (Cleary) or are going to make decent money that I don't want to miss out on (eg Cheese) then its worth it, but if its just someone who will score what they are priced at, there are probably better options.

Trickiness for me comes in with guys like Garner/EButcher. They'll make money, but will they give enough points/cash to make up for players who play every week (eg EKatoa/Doorey) especially as neither will be the only one from their club in my 21, so selecting them means playing 19th/20th man that week to replace them. If they perform to expectations, its probably still worth having the, but its not a straight forward decision.

DCE likely won't score enough, or make enough cash to be worth putting up with having him out of your team in R2 when you can get Doueihi/Moses for cheaper

So my team is set now, did the usual build but spread the cash for depth which meant less risks on cheapies and stacked the wfb so I can enjoy those games

One can easily become Hynes if needed to so might as well have a fun placeholder

It’s hard to get or choose the right wfb where forwards are easier to risk and nothing feels worse than watching a banner on the one you didn’t choose
Dirty middies and a stacked wfb allows me a couple weeks to see how things are and often they turn into cut price keepers too

We will see, just going to sit back and enjoy this nice coffee.
Feels like I spent about 10mins throwing a couple different teams to see
Good luck everyone, now to chill and not touch an app
Have fun, this is what it’s meant to be

Wasn't going to do this but here's my team. It also draws on the same 25-30 guys as everyone else, so there will be some familiarity here....

    Kenny
    Hass Carrigan Hopgreat(vc)
    Eutcher Edge-Katoa

    (C)hin Doui
    HSS Alomati
    Turbo! TMM CNK

    Cheese Boyd FIFITA BMM*

    Door Warbrick Half-Katoa Talau

If the Door shits the bed or Warbrick goes off, there will be silly buggers involving BMM tomorrow. Or if we get some certainty around the Hynes situation it might be Trindall.

    Biggest concerns are:
MID: at different points had the Model-J, Sutton, Uto, even Wallace. Current team affords none. Don't really think any of them are worth it over, say, Kenny or Katoa.
WFB: have tried Turbo down to Ponga (due to bye), or CNK up to Ponga, or CNK down to Perham/Sloan, but it's gross every single way. Don't think ti does enough for the team as a whole.

Just realised I could go Latrell/Teddy down to TMM and Butcher up to Fifita and Preston up to Sutton.

Interesting, that might be a smarter play... I think scratch
