    Bone bruise no joke

Smashed my knee cap on a coffee table that had been moved slightly toward the lounge the other day. Was unsighted due to carrying a washing basket full of clean but not yet folded clothes.

    Still can't walk without pain.

So yeah I totally relate to footy players, we're both a tough breed.

I know we are in the middle of TLT discussions, so I am sorry to divert conversation, but now I am looking at trades it is really bothering me that so many players still don't have pics for Fantasy! I mean come on, how hard is it for them to update that grrr.

This sort of minor detail really shouldnt bother me like it does, but I do love to sweat the small stuff. It makes their comp look so unprofessional and half assed, which I guess it is.

Ok Tues rant over, as you were

Leaves my centres in a tough spot though, with no cover.

B.Smith to Cartwright and Alamoti out for Bird this week. Running HSS+Bird with WFB/C cover of Thompson. Feels good no Talau or Alomoti stinkin' it up.

On a side note have Turbo bye this week, so keen to see how Walsh goes. Could be a real goer this year.

That Bulldogs bench isn't screaming big minutes for the young fella

That Bulldogs bench last week played:
    Pele 9 minutes
    Tanner 13
    Waddell 31
Preston 52 - RFM played MID and Preston played out the match.

    Expect more of the same.

    Cartwright 297k, 57 av, -3 BE.
    Ford 364k, 44 av, 14 BE.

MCK has pressure from Host back (likey) next week.
Carty has Matterson back Rd4, Lane Rd6.
Ford has Curran on the bench, one of the best last year, nursing some injuries, but Ford impressed Rd1.

Who is worth the risk to bring in this week for you? One will come in for me with Hammer, unsure which yet.

NRL.com actually suggested that Carty's BE is -9... as if -3 wasn't already tempting enough.

I've gone off MCK for job security issues, even with Jed on the bench this week is enough to spook me.

    I'm seriously tempted by Carty.

Thankfully I started with Ford but seems to me the most likely longer term prospect of these three?

I reckon Alamoti comes good. Talau probably doesn't but has DPP. Reluctantly holding both for now, I think.

Very Happy That's similar to when I dislocated my elbow climbing on the back of a couch to dismantle an elaborate cubby house my daughter and her friend had constructed (I looked at the couch said internally 'this is dumb' but I did it anyway)

I was wearing my indoor football gear as I was about to head to a match and when they wrote 'sports injury' down on the hospital admittance form I did not correct them

Apparently dislocated elbows are a renowned rugby league injury.....it hurts.

I guess with Carty, if he does loose his spot entirely in RND4 you could quite quickly pivot to a BMM who is already 1 week behind in price rises and continue on the coin goat process.

Question is are you happy to have that as a trade.

Is having Ponga, Turbo and Walsh too much money invested in WFB too early?

Anyone else have price changes not showing on their players ? Can only click into each player individually to view which is annoying and tine consuming. Have tried the website and app Mad

Go into trades on the website and you get a list of your team with their annual/weekly movements

Bulldogs can’t play much worse, so it’ll help if those around him improve too.

He’s only just turned 19, young talented guys like Penis had some pretty ordinary scores along the way.

Not if they all score well, which all three could. I wouldn’t be unhappy with that situation.

To be honest, I wish I had any three of them over Teddy, who everyone will collect in a few weeks for around $600K.
